The installation for gemstone lights was HORRIBLE. They drilled through our roof and also drilled right in to the siding exposing the wires directly on the side of our house when it could have been tucked under at the bottom and be completely hidden. Not only this but they didn't even have to run the wires within this area at all and there was a much closer wall plug. They also ran wires sloppy all over our roof just dangling around and blowing around in the wind hanging everywhere. The roofer who saw this was shocked as was other home maint company who have came by the last couple years to do other work. No one can believe it nor could I when I got home from work after the installer was gone. I fixed the holes in the side of house myself but the roof is still bad. They even lifted up shingles and ran wires underneath there which is obv a major no for anyone with common sense. I tried to follow up with the company numerous times and no response. I've given this company more than enough time to reply to me before writing this. Not impressed. read more
