Awesome, service is second to none, definitely get what you pay for here, quick installation also

We have had Coggin Security for years and in those years have never once been satisfied with the service or the customer service. In fact, for the last term have not received ANY of the services in which we have been forced to pay for as they have refused to terminate our contract on multiple occasions while simultaneously refusing to provide the services in which we pay them for. Most recently, "Taylor" verbally assaulted my family on a phone call after failing to provide the customer service that a security company should render when they are failing to "secure". "Taylor" claimed that we do not understand the equipment and when asked to explain to us what it is he believes we do not understand he laughed only to proceed further to the point of calling me a "little b*itch", a "peckerhead" and after repeating those verbal attacks multiple times went on to call me a "d*ckhead". When asked for "Taylor" to transfer the call to his supervisor or the next in line in the chain of command he laughed and pretended to hold only to then state "Hello, this is Taylor the supervisor". When asked to speak to whomever is next in the line of command, Taylor stated that he is the owner of the company. After repeating the verbal assault multiple times, Taylor refused to service the customer and the equipment that we have paid yearly for while refusing to terminate the contract without total payout only to prematurely terminate the phone call like a teenage girl. Coggin failed as a company and Taylor failed Coggin as an employee, both a matter for the SC Department of Consumer affairs. Avoid this company like the plague. Palmetto State Armory will provide you with the only security that will keep your family safe because Coggin could care less about you or your "security". read more

After a home break-in a neighbor suggested a system through Coggin Security. I thought I'd never feel safe in my home again. Hours after I called them, Kelly came came over and had a full protection plan prepared, and the next day his FABULOUS staff Trey and Tyler made the install and patiently taught me how to use the system and all of it's convenient components. Had a camera system installed by Coggin security in August. Install was a little complicated, but Kelly from Coggin was great managing the problem. The technicians were very friendly and did a great job with the install. Very attentive to detail and proud of their work. Competitively priced. Also switched my security system to Coggin and that also is competitively priced. Would highly recommend Coggin security...A++ read more
