She also was very communicative throughout the haircut, and made sure I liked the length and style. At the end of the visit, she styled it very nicely for me. So when I say I want to cut my shoulder length hair to a short pixie cut, they don't look at me crazy. Instead their eyes light up. Some stylist speak English better than others, but bring a few pics and you'll have no problems. Prices are similar to other hair dressers, and they provide just as many services (head message, hair treatments, manicures, etc). They also have evening hours and weekend times, which I love. But be willing to pay 10% supplement to the price for a Sunday appointment.

Atmosphere was good. People were very friendly. My master knew English. Lady at reception also knew english. 2. When I came to the place, I talked to master and said that I need a piece of advice and that I don't know which hairstyle to pick at all. By the way, master asked me a lot of question during the haircut, and most of them I answered "I don't know". I believe, that he didn't know much, what to advise me. 3. Finally, I've got horrible haircut. It looked more less fine 3 hours after haircut, but after half a day all the styling broke. I had very bad feeling the whole week, because hairs looked really bad. Finally, I may say, that I paid ~70CHF for horrible haircut. That's why I advise you do not go to this place, if you want a good men haircut or a good advice.

At Valentino, you'll pay 75 CHF. I must say, I was slightly happier with my cut from Valentino, but it also depends on who you get. I'm not sure it would make sense to go back to Valentino when I can get a comparable dew job for close to half the price! Hair to go is colorful and alternative. They have three locations which can be found on their Facebook page. Odd that they don't have a website in addition. Guess that's supposed to be alternative. Noemi did my hair color and cut. She is awesome. She did a great job showing me different color swatches so we could find the best match and gave good advice, plus listened to what I was looking for. Awesome head massage with shampoo, and great hair cut! Total for all over hair color + cut was 119CHF (65 CHF if you just get a cut). The salon is fun, with a punk vibe (I'm neither a punk nor super trendy, but they do a great job with "normal" hair too). Highly, highly recommend!

He speaks English and Swiss German and I go to his salon, but he also will travel to you, he has a mobile business as well.
