The only thing they lack is they don't offer to wash your hair, the booths are dry haircut only, had that been an option I would have opted for it for sure. There is a water machine, you can help yourself to water. The waiting area is not overly large so I am sure she is careful not to overbook. She was able to squeeze me in on short notice which I appreciated. She did a wonderful job on my up-do... it wasn't really an up-do as it was more of a style. She curled it (I'll ask my mom to send me a pic she took and I'll upload it ASAP). It was two different sizes of curls and I had a side bang going, it was cute. The hair cut with a shampoo + the up-do cost me $45.00. Can't wait to get that picture up!
