She immediately offered her wonderful facility (even though she might have to take Fergus into her own home for a night or two) I can't describe how overjoyed I was at this offer. My Fergus is my world..... he is not just a dog; he is my baby. My husband dropped Fergus off with Carrie on a Sunday and Fergus never looked back. He entered the facility and promptly made friends with everyone and everything he met. (Including 4 CATS) Fergus got to play in daycare during the day and had a warm and comfy bed each night. He even got to be a door greeter at the facility. (probably because he wanted to be with his new best buddy- the cat!) Carrie even sent me updated pictures of Fergus and his shenanigans while we were away on vacation. I've never been more relaxed or enjoyed my time away because I wasn't worried about the care that Fergus was receiving. There are not enough stars or praises that I can reap on this facility. Its really a doggie wonderland. Pricing is amazing, and the staff are wonderful, warm and caring towards all their clients. Take my advice, do yourself and your pet a favour.... Book some time off for you and some time in this facility for your pet. You won't regret one second!

We've never left them for that length of time so we were a little worried but this kennel surpassed our expectations and both dogs were happy and healthy when we picked them up. They looked after medication for Lulu and April even bathed and groomed them for us so they smelled and looked awesome. We will definitely use Howliday Inn anytime we can't take our pups with us. They have a wonderful, calming environment, that makes both my pets, and myself happy to be there! Most recently, the care they gave our beloved senior Rottweiler, Sam, was exactly the love and compassion that he deserved. The hospital has several vets that work there and Angus, my dog, has seen more than one (though you can ask to always see the same person as well) and each vet he has seen has been kind, gentle and loving. They are the ones who neutered him and they called to check up on him a day or two after I had brought him home. He also got an eye infection and they treated him for that and also called to follow up with how he was doing. I have never felt pressured to pay for anything I don't need. In fact, Angus has allergies and while we discussed the various choices I had, I was made aware of how expensive allergy testing was and told that it was entirely optional and informed of the drawbacks to having it done. I had a dog growing up and we took him to a different local vet and had issues with them attempting to charge for expensive services and bully and guilt us into paying for things we simply could not afford so when I got Angus I was very nervous about finding a good vet and I am so glad that I chose this place. They even tell you that they love to get a picture of your pet and they include it in their computer file. I have called their office and had the receptionist remark about how cute Angus was when she pulled up the file. These kinds of extra touches are appreciated and you just know that the staff cares about your pet and no one there is looking to see how much money they can sucker out of you. The office seems to be busy every time I go but I have never had to wait long. The vets have always done their utmost to keep Angus calm and have treated him so well that I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else. Definitely the place to go if you have a pet!
