Which they were when I picked them up on Thursday April 30th. It was also a GREAT price at $1.99 per pound.. Which came out to $30. Along with a substantial tip. I left the woman who did my clothes. Most places charge $3.49 per pound and up.. They also don't charge for detergent, colored bleach, bleach, softener and dryer sheets. Which is AWESOME Because, most places charge extra.. She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. We, along with LOTS of other folks, were bringing in loads and loads of filthy clothing, bedding, rugs, etc., and they handled it not only quickly, professionally and for a fair price, but also with a smile and friendly attitude. Not sure if she was the owner or managed it, but if I rated just her service I would give 5 stars. But facility needs some attention and updates- machines were worn out and not surprised by my experience. She responded within 20 minutes, was very kind and apologetic but it was an inconvenience and delayed my Saturday plans waiting and then having to move soaked items to new machine, make sure it was working etc.

Unfortunately, the customer service is what brought my rating down. The prices are already on the expensive side, and I was genuinely surprised by how inflexible the staff was. I simply asked if they could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could use one of the machines. The employee told me she "wasn't supposed to do that." It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. I hope management considers giving employees a little more flexibility to help customers with simple requests like this.
