I ended up getting auto insurance here (through Progressive). Rates were low, information was clear. I was in and out of the office within a half hour. No muss, no fuss. She did her best to offer me every type of discount I could qualify for (paperless, automatic payments, multiple driver, etc). I don't think I could have asked for anything more service-wise. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone else searching for auto insurance.

A woman, who clearly didn't want to be bothered, finally looked up and with every ounce of courtesy she could painfully muster, she gives me a "Yeah?" Wow. So I say I'm looking for some car insurance.... With her courtesy meter on empty now, she interrupts, "...so do you have all your paperwork?" At this point, I decided to just walk out. If this was the attitude on the easy stuff, what is she like when the questions get tougher. Clearly someone not made for customer service. There was a second woman there also, not eager to get involved.
