They helped me try multiple styles and fabrics so I could really discover what I loved. I found my perfect dress and, as a chronic second-guesser, was able to confidently say yes!!! They even had the cutest drinks to celebrate (including non-alcoholic options since I don't drink!), which made the day feel extra special. Best day ever -- thank you for making me feel so beautiful! If you're looking for a FULL SERVICE shop that would have the creativity to help you design or add to a dress, this is not the shop you want to go to. Dress is ordered, you try it on and go home to find someone to alter it.

The consultant was very good at figuring out what she liked and what she didn't like. My cousin had a style she really wanted, but it seemed like this particular location didn't carry that style. However, the consultant was pulling similar dresses to the style she wanted which I loved. However, when she found a dress similar to what she loved based on photo examples I felt like the consultant got very pushy almost made the entire experience flip 180. She started asking her if she said yes to the dress, immediately started taking measurements and told her the next steps but my cousin still had a few more stores she wanted to look at- just felt very sales driven especially with her giving her $400 off in the dressing room. In addition, the appointment was an hour and a half long but she only tried on a few dresses.

All the dresses are sold strictly off the rack, so you're responsible for paying for tailoring separately. While they do offer a variety of options, many of the dresses felt cheaply made--which does match their lower price point. We came in to help my sister search for her dream dress, but the woman assisting us had an unfriendly attitude and even made an unprofessional comment, saying my sister wouldn't find anything within her budget at her next appointment elsewhere so she's better off buying something here. That remark alone left her feeling uncomfortable and unwilling to return. Overall, the pushy sales approach made the experience feel more like being at a used car lot than a bridal shop. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want to feel respected and supported during such an important purchase.

I ordered from Monique at Cleo and Clementine via Etsy…read more You would not believe the lengths Monique went to in order to make sure I had the perfect veil for my special day. First of all, I was on a very tight time line because we decided to elope in weeks. I jumped on Etsy and ordered what I thought would be the perfect veil with enough time to receive the item. But, when the veil arrived the shade of rose gold did not match my dress. I quickly notified Monique and asked what I should do. She immediately told me she could help me. She calmly explained she had a new color that might work and she could dye a new veil and add the metallic flakes and get it mailed before my date. The date I notified her was 6 days from my wedding date. She made it happen. The veil arrived the day of the ceremony before noon as promised and was absolutely perfect. But then I found a photo on Pinterest of a bride with an incredibly thin black veil in the sheerest, most delicate tulle I've ever seen, and I adored it. I miraculously tracked it down as having been made by Cleo & Clementine, so I reached out to them and asked them about the possibility of making one for me. I actually assumed it would be way more expensive than it was, but the price (~$300 for cathedral length) was within my range. They worked with me via email to create my custom order, and it finally arrived tonight! My dress is also being custom made, so I don't have it yet, and therefore don't have any way of knowing how the veil with look paired with my dress. I imagine, though, that it will be perfect. It's the exact fabric I asked for, and I can't wait to see the end result. I'll definitely return to post photos after my wedding day!

She continuously clasped the dresses so tight the bride was visibly uncomfortable and would pull dresses that did not match the brides requests. She wanted to help but her comments and selection created an overall bad experience. This was disappointing and our least favorite fitting of the day.
