I ordered a small raspberry sorbet with raspberry mix in. Cold stone isn't cheap, with my small order coming to almost eight dollars. So tell me why it was melted when I got it! I cannot, for the life of me, understand why the lid of my ice cream was packed out and then placed on the cup, so as when I opened it, my melted ice cream spurted out all over. So many things wrong at this location! Service was good, and the guy helping us out was very courteous and attentive. But it can't justify the food. I asked when the limited edition items were stopping because I knew it was coming up. Neither employee knew. This location was out of two of the MAIN ingredients in a special.
