How do you even have 3 stars!? Our order was placed via DoorDash. 7:30 PMish on a Sunday evening to enjoy for a birthday party. Of 7 items ordered we got 4 delivered. We called the store telling them what happened... The employee on the line asks, "so would you like to pick it up on a different date?" UM NO! We placed the order today to enjoy ice cream TODAY!!! WE ended up having to go pick up our order only to find 1. had an extra item and 2. one of the other cups was missing a main ingredient and the whole thing was melted as hell!!! LAME! read more

Went today and the AC unit is not working and wasn't paying attention and bought a good amount so we didn't notice it but once we got home a couple minutes away as usual we serve each other and it was like water. I ordered a small raspberry sorbet with raspberry mix in. Cold stone isn't cheap, with my small order coming to almost eight dollars. So tell me why it was melted when I got it! I cannot, for the life of me, understand why the lid of my ice cream was packed out and then placed on the cup, so as when I opened it, my melted ice cream spurted out all over. So many things wrong at this location! Service was good, and the guy helping us out was very courteous and attentive. But it can't justify the food. Which allowed for us to be in and out with a short time that evening. I don't even know where to begin. Ok, first off, I was the only customer and it took nearly half an hour just to get my items. I asked when the limited edition items were stopping because I knew it was coming up. Neither employee knew. This location was out of two of the MAIN ingredients in a special. Hands down one of the best experience I've had with a team member at this location on 8/3 around 4.p.m came in to get me and my kids ice cream had a total of 3 orders the young lady that helped me out was a very fast worker and very kind , great customer service , if I'm not mistaking name was Marian , handled the line of people that were waiting to be helped very friendly and with a great positive attitude . And we aren't ordering custom creations or even customizing their original stuff. We just order one of the classics that is on the menu and they will get it wrong every time.
