We kept them in the refrigerator, and after a day the other ones took on some of the candy cane peppermint... yet all still tasty and cake texture was just as divine. The cheesecake looked small, so we ate it straight from the box. The cake is a bit denser - not a complaint! more like homemade than big box store! - so the frosting and fruit topping was a great combo to add to the mouthfeel and contrast of the cake and the graham cracker crust. Next time, ill enjoy this lovely mini cake by the slice instead of spontaneous fork'fuls to get a better balance of cake:fruit top:crust ratio per bite. The cake round was maybe 5 inches and would've been lovely in slices of fourths or sixths. It was a great spontaneous dessert buy and we'll be back again. I saw the other community reviews of the specialty cakes ordered, and look forward to ordering a special cake for our next special occasion. Friendly service and clean storefront and cake display.
