We have been ordering a lot from this location for delivery. Sadly something is always missing in our order and I never get peanut butter drizzle on my shake which is advertised on the website. I am a big fan of Vanilla Milk Shakes, but when they want to charge me $4.50 for a 12 oz shake, well I have to pass. I am not cheap, I am just not stupid. So, I decided on a 12 oz Vanilla Creme Latte blended for $2.50. I traveled all the way from Michigan just so I could experience what everyone was talking about. The ice cream and the service was amazing! Just look at the beautiful custom cake they made for my daughter's graduation! A unique combination since her favorite ice cream is coffee with raspberry and red velvet cake. I wouldn't trust anyone else for this special occasion.

The bestttttttt! If I could eat coldstone everyday I would and from this location specifically! Their ice cream is so rich, creamy and perfect. If you're an ice cream person over a fro-yo person like myself there's no better place to get your ice cream from than here! The main reason why I like this cold stone location over the rest is because of the staff! I usually love this place but I had a bad experience tonight when my daughter wanted ice cream and I got stuck at the light but looked up the closing time and it said 9:00pm so I knew we could get there in time if we hurried but when we pulled up I had noticed that they had turned the open light off 3 min early and when I was walking up to the door at 8:58 the stuck up blonde girl had the nerve to lock the door right in front of me as I was approaching and there were still people inside! I have given her tips in the past because I felt sorry for her making minimum wage but no more! I have worked many retail jobs in college and had to stay well past closing and that's just the nature of the job. If you have new hours post that you close at 8:58-not 9 otherwise if you don't like servicing customers until the actual closing time then get a different job! It wasn't even Friday or Saturday night! read more

My first time here and first time to Cold stone in years. We felt like getting ice cream so we stopped by. They young girls working were very nice and sweet as they took our order, but the ice cream was another story. The chocolate was bland and we got a mix in of cheesecake and "fresh strawberries " is what I asked for. The cheesecake balls were gross and old tasted Not like they should. The strawberries were not fresh- but frozen in syrup. Yuck. read more

Best place for getting ice cream the way you like it. Plenty of tasty delicious creamy ice cream flavors and lots of toppings to choose from. My favorite is Pistachio ice cream but I sample the new flavors to see if I might like them more than my usual favorites. Fantastic service and refreshing atmosphere. This is a pretty good place for ice cream. They have so many flavors and they are always getting new ones. I tried the Blueberry Muffin flavor last time and it was sooo good! I also love how many toppings they have. The service is good and the place is nice and clean, and there is a little bit of outdoor seating. read more

what's my guilty pleasure....? ice cream. but some GOOD ice cream. Cold Stone is my fav spot by far. The staff here even though it's always changing, is always nice. They stay open until legit 11PM, which is great cause sometimes we all get those late night cravings. They don't get mad when you show up right before closing.. lol My onlyyyy complaint is ever since they have been under new ownership, they never have waffle cones made and if they have a few it's always the oreo or nuts, never plain chocolate. idk why. But this Cold Stone is so close to me and it has been & always will be my ice cream place. read more

Average ice cream, and just above average service. They get very much the bonus points because they support local schools, so a portion of your purchase goes to support said schools. At times you'll need a flyer to support your particular group. Steady and friendly, right outside the theater. read more

I've come here a number of times over the years and I have to say tonight service was the worst. The cone bowl was waaaaay stale and the chocolate ice cream more icy than creamy. For as much as they charge for ice cream it should be a lot better than this. read more

Checked on maps and their hours are open until 11. When we arrived it looked like they were closed. The chairs were on the tables and the guy was vacuuming. So I called and the girl said they had just closed. I called at 9:39pm and their actual cold stone website says they are open until 10pm. Flake. Never coming here again. Based on the reviews I should have known. read more

I just paid $7 for the "hot for cookie" sunday. It had about a golf ball sized bit of ice cream and even less whipped cream. On top of that, the manager was in there and he wasn't the friendliest guy on earth either. Last time I ever go here. read more

The rudest staff I've ever dealt with! Handed me my ice cream without asking me for the topping of my choice! I had to ask her to ask for a topping and she had to remove the ice cream out of the bowl again which was very unprofessional. I didn't feel like eating it anymore but I had bought it already! They absolutely have no customer service especially the girl who made my ice cream didn't know her name but she's Asian. I'm definitely not going back there. read more

I can always depend on cold stone for a good delicious ice cream especially in this hot weather. Living so close by has been a great bonus. The customer service at cold stone is amazing. Everyone has such a positive attitude and always smiling. I remember my first time going there was with my family and we got amazing help from Leandra. Today the customer service was excellent. Destiny greeted us with a smile and offered to help! She is very upbeat and friendly. Mary was also very helpful and my daughter was very impressed in how she chopped up her mix-in very well. You have 2 winners on your hands! The customer service is the best it's been in this location compared to any previous visits. Good job, Owner/Manager, these two are definite keepers!!! Thank you. I got an oreo dipped chocolate cone with coffee ice cream (the dont you want something sweet combo with caramelb chocolate chips and cookie dough) i just subbed the coffee ice cream. It was alright. The temp outside was in the 90s so ice cream sounded good, but it didn't hit the spot. Even though they have a good variety it's not as good as Baskin Robbins read more

Ice cream is always delicious, and my son loves this place for a weekend treat, but on our last visit, I don't know what was going on, the the man working (I believe to be the owner) was totally belittling the teenager girl working with him and making everyone super uncomfortable. We got our ice cream and left because my husband didn't want to remain in there with how hostile he was being. Usually the employees are super happy that are working, so hopefully it's just a fluke? Either way. Shouldn't have been happening, especially in front of the customers. read more

worst service ever. all 5 girls behind the counter did not want to be there & it showed, even better they were pissed that we came in 45 minutes before closing. they tried to hurry us up, even asking over an over an over again in less than a 2 minute period if we knew what we wanted, in not a nice way. 45 minutes before closing - really, you are in that much of a rush? a group of 7 of us walked in got the attitude from hell and all 7 of us walked out! it maybe the closer coldstone to our house- but never again will any of us go there. read more

Had the chocolate divine here..it was surelt divine ..i skipped brownie which they offered ..added more almonds and hot fudge on top..they blended icecream and almonds so well ..i got a bit of almond in every bite and it was awesome..will try more flavours and different toppings soon..price was ok .. read more

This is my go to for all my ice cream and cake needs. Growing up in rancho this is the only ice cream place I strictly go to, nothing else competes. They have the best ice cream, the best service, and nothing beats the smell when walking in!! Leandra is always so nice and so fast when I go there and I always walk out satisfied. I came here a couple weeks ago and got ice cream for me and a friend. The place was busy and they had a wide variety of flavors. The workers were friendly and the place was pretty clean but a little small. The thing that bothered me is that there freezers were not working properly so as soon as they put the ice cream in the cup it started to melt. I will be coming here again in the future but hopefully do not have to go through that problem again. read more

Cold stone is some of the best ice cream I've ever had. The ice cream itself was amazing and one of a kind. But more than that, the staff was so nice and helpful. I tried the Baklava Cheesecake, and wow--it was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. The combination of creamy cheesecake and the rich, sweet flavors of baklava was incredible. My taste buds were in heaven! I also picked up some mini baklava pieces, and they were just as delicious--fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor. To top it all off, I ordered a caramel latte, and it was amazing. The coffee was smooth, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the desserts. Why have a "loyalty program" when they add points then reverse it later that same day. I went today and ordered my usual 2 burgers, fries and drinks. I gave my phone number for the Points. I then asked Vieann H (who identified herself as the manager) when I showed her my receipt from last time I visited and questioned why they reversed the previous points and why I got none from this receipt I produced. She tried to act like it was my fault I received no points and couldn't tell me why the points were reversed from the previous visit (even after she went back in the office to do the research. She told me when came back from the office, she could see all my order history but she couldn't give me back any points from my 2 previous visits. I told her this will be the last time I come and she is losing a customer over 29 points. SHE COULD CARE LESS. Her response to this was "I went in the back to do research". Beware! They don't even deserve the 1 Star I had to give them.
