I am a single female who rented a townhome from Renee Celli. I was at a disadvantage with…read moreinvestigating the area as I relocated from out of state for work. I was trusting I was being guided by a responsible "professional". My experiences were not pleasant. To mention a few; it was discovered by me in my last 16 month of renting I'd been paying Renee more than agreed monthly rent (my oversight) but never mentioned by Renee either. In addition throughout my entire stay at the property 401 7th Street South there was police activity. Renee neglected to inform me of the "well known" unsafe unit beside me, often requiring police/swat team involvement. I've had items stolen, residence from this unit knocking on my door begging for money, witnessed physical assaults and arrest made on front lawn. Renee would encourage me to keep simply calling the police. To make it worse, soon after the KNOWN drug and rehab facility began construction (attached to same problematic unit next door) in which I was never informed). In fact my neighbors informed me the unit I was now renting was where they met to protest the new construction. This construction (less than 25 feet from my door went on from 7a-7p often 7 days a week. This heavy LOUD, construction resulted in the cement door stoop cracking by door entrance, cracked kitchen floor tiles, daily dirt and dust, dead rodents in alleys, trash and debris in courtyard, the closure of one of the entrances leading into the unit, trucks obstructing driveway often delaying my departure to work, and often broken "security" gate. All documented with police, landlord and neighborhood associations formed to contest this construction (well before my arrival to the state). At the time of lease end, Renee fabricated deductions to withhold security deposit, stating my cat urinated on carpet while she quickly replaced. Never happened! My cat used a litter box on tile floor. Renee had never mentioned any concern to me prior to my departure and was in my unit often as she did her own repairs. Renee never performed an inspection with me prior to leaving. We texted up until the day I left and she not once came over or requested to meet. In fact Renee showed the unit on two separate occasions within a couple weeks of my departure and relayed no concerns or issues she wanted addressed. The unit was always well kept. As you can conclude In the end Renee has attempted to deduct my security deposit and we will meet in court.

I figured if New Frontier was recommended by Altru, they must also be good. Sheree was on top of every detail and immediately alleviated my tendency to "sweat it" which I appreciated because selling real estate is not exactly something I enjoy. (OK, let's be honest, I despise it!) The last title company I closed a property with left me questioning that things would get done right and I was nail-biting at the last minute, left in the dark about some issues that ended up delaying the closing. But Sheree had my confidence from the beginning and the coordination between Altru and New Frontier was smooth (which may be a result of their ownership connection). I recommend this title company and will use them again on my next transaction.

With Levi, he would listen to the price range you are considering selling and will give you his realistic opinion based on his vast experience and comps in the area. For me, this was in itself a sign that he knows his stuff and wants to ensure your house sells instead of languishing on the market due to being overpriced. My house sold at listing price, and he was there every step of the way diligently coordinating with the buyer's agent to facilitate the process until closing. A few things stood out for me: 1. He is very responsive and communicative - This alone is the single biggest reason why I feel he's hands down the best agent that I've encountered (I've had a couple of buy and sell in the past). I felt like he worked exclusively for me always responding to questions and calls right away or within minutes. 2. He was very useful with providing information for some contractors that could help with inspector-requested repairs 3. He was very pleasant to work with and just goes above and beyond for his clients. 4. He has substantial experience for when curveballs emerge at any point in the selling process. There were a few hiccups and that he was able to quickly provide guidance on how to navigate them and keep the deal moving along was truly impressive. I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I have already referred him to friends.
