I was selling my home back in 2013 and he came in and educated me on the process and the best strategy for pricing to sell the home. He had people looking at the house everyday. We were able to close the home in a rather quick time period. Fast Forward to a year later my wife and were going to sell our home and purchase another home. Once again we chose Joe Lopiccolo from American Realty Group. His work ethic really shined with this transaction because of the buyers agent and buyers mortgage company. They would not respond to any calls or emails from Joe after they wanted additional information. Joe was professional and was always prompt for every meeting and phone call. I can say if Joe was not our agent that we would have endured more headaches. Once we sold our second house with Joe we were on the hunt for a new home. We scheduled many showings over a month time period, Joe always made time for us and really knew about the housing market.
