Couldn't be bothered to document anything in email which allowed realtor a lot of wiggle-room fantasy about what information she did & didn't share. Took creative notes that did not reflect any conversations that we had with realtor about needs/requirements for our property. Couldn't be bothered to READ our actual contract with CB and execute accordingly - the realtor finally admitted that she hadn't bothered to read the contract & then resigned when it was pointed out that she was not executing per contract (she declared that she didn't like the terms & admitted to not having read the terms AFTER AN ENTIRE YEAR of being under contract). NOTE: it is their boiler plate contract for property management. There were bizarre strenuous arguments for keeping problematic tenants in place.
