My listed address was also misspelled and was corrected after a week after multiple messages and calls. Lack of communication where I said I wanted to be told whenever someone would tour my empty condo but at first was not communicated this after several people already went through. Camera person was also not up to standard where a candy wrapper was left in the garage so instead of easily moving it the picture was taken with it. It also lacked the view out of the window that I specifically requested and was told by people who toured was a positive about the location but the view was never taken a picture of. Do yourself a favor and avoid Trevor and this realtor group.

Once they were under contract it was nearly impossible to get anything completed accurately. Since then, we terminated our relationship and they decided to dig in and continue to expect their commission (Greed) to the point that they will not release their contract and failed to send us requested documents. Lawyers are now involved and a complaint is being filed against them with the NCWAR and the state licensing commission. Do your research and beware of whom you hire to represent you. I except responsibility for not vetting them better and now I'm paying for it. Hope you avoid the same.
