He worked with the property management company to view the properties with respect to the tenants. He coordinated a roof repair with a local contractor. He interfaced with title companies and lawyers to insure the LLC was in compliance with inheritance laws. He arranged mobile and virtual notaries on very little notice to insure our closing was not delayed. This was a massive headache, and he compassionately took it on himself to support us. At many points, he could have done what was easier for him, but he always put our needs and interests first. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Michelle Kauffman was difficult to work with but we made the deal happen.Since we were out of state buyers we never even met her in person! Michelle decided not to show up to give the keys or anything related to the home. Michelle also did not tell us (as buyers) the appraisal value. It came in a lot less than the contract price. Being cash buyers it would affect how we paid. No one wants to pay above appraisal value!! She refused to disclose this info. Along with all the 99 items that were wrong with the home and the seller's disclosure was a fraud. Michelle Kauffman is not transparent, very dishonest and highly unprofessional. However, over a year has passed and it's come to our attention Michelle Kauffman has told and given our information regarding the transaction of our property to another third party. This third party has falsely accused us of harassment, threatened our livelihood , and sent law enforcement to our house for no reason but to threaten us based on their assumptions not facts! Michelle Kauffman gave the third party personal and confidential information regarding the transaction we had with her with the property we bought a year ago. After giving this particular third party our information we started to get harassed and threatened with emails, texts and phone calls.  Michelle Kauffman is a real estate licensee who has a duty to keep client information confidential, including personal and contact information, and details related to real estate transactions. Realtors in TEXAS have a duty to keep client information confidential, including personal and transaction details, and generally cannot disclose such information to third parties unless required by law or with the client's consent. Michelle Kauffman violated rules and laws set by TREC. We did not consent to having any or partial information released to a third party who is basically harassing and slandering us or to anyone! She gave us a tour of houses in the price range we were looking for in the areas we were looking at. She was so nice and professionally courteous. She was able to see flaws in houses that were not for us. She was open to help us at any time. She had a large network of Inspectors, Title Companies, and Insurance agents if we needed. We picked a house in a neighborhood that we liked. She approved it do to new windows, new roof and and good structure. All the mechanics worked well.
