Because the purchasing store wasn't friendly, I didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them, so I decided to inquire with Top Stitch. I'm embarrassed to say I called top stitch 2 days in a row. Each time, my problem was solved by one of the helpful staff. But the THIRD day, Tim himself, diagnosed what I had tried to do for 3 days! Over the phone, he analyzed I'd locked myself out of options. I'm happy to say the quilt is now done in time for tomorrow's shower. Most companies would tell me to bring my machine in for a free, of course! I live 3 hours away from the store, making that scenario impossible.
