I work as a property manager at a prestigious property in the heart of Beaver Creek and Ulf Built couldn't meet a deadline, if their company depended on it. Plus, their craftsmanship is comparable to a 5 year old with a Lego set and their project manager spends more time playing in the woods than honing his remodeling skills. I feel like it's extremely pathetic that they are still coming back to our property to repair broken appliances, heating, flooring, and piping a year & a half after "completion." They also trespass into my building whenever they get a chance. Please do yourself a favor and use a reputable contractor that works in a professional manner.
