Within the first week I noticed what looked like the belts were busted? I took the truck back in and they told me that was how they were made? So they slapped a tire weight on it and called it a day.. after a few months it continued to get worse, so, again I took it back in and they told me the tires were cupped, and that I needed new tires.. They told me they had them in stock but made it perfectly clear I wasn't getting them without paying.. They did offer me a discount on a new set but in my mind that's not how warranties work... They lined up the vehicle, they mounted and balanced the tires, they literally did everything. it's not like it was at different shops? It's a shame because I've been going there for years and that had to come to an end because they want to save a few bucks?

I showed him a screenshot of the conversation and he was less than apathetic. He made no apologies for his egregious, appalling, sexual harassment. I know the previous owners and we never would have received such treatment from them. I like to patronize local businesses, but my daughter should not have to be subjected to such disrespect. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
