I'm also aware how difficult it is for appropriate transition when churches grow larger and many new people with experienced expectations show up and the band and sound grew hasn't grown in talent and experience along with the pastor and larger crowd. Pastor Mark is the draw that overcomes my hesitation for attending Vrs just watching my DFW church online. Honestly, it's the music isn't better anywhere else in this area that I've found. They also offer many ministry groups that you can become part of. If you are new to the church they have a connection dinner once a month where you goto someone's home and eat and meet with the pastor and other leaders in the church and get to know each other. They offer small group meetings where you do a weekly bible study in a group setting- sometimes these are the opportune times to help you really connect with ppl in church and make life long friends.
