Out of desperation, I've looked up how to make them and it's quite simple but have I actually made them? Well, after 10 years of planning to make them, the answer is no. While I was in Brazil, I bookmarked all the places that have brigadeiro. Brigadeiros Fabiana D'Angelo is the best place to get them. It's located in Shopping Leblon. Their brigadeiro is delicious and they have a plethora of flavors. They have traditional (with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate, coconut, and white chocolate with chocolate), special (Oreos, dulce de leche, nutty caramel), premium (choco balls, walnut, strawberry, Neopolitan), and pistachio. I got a box of 10. My picks: pistachio, Neopolitan, white chocolate with chocolate, traditional, dulce de leche, and nutty caramel. They were as amazing as I had imagined. Soft, sweet, fudgy and dangerously addictive. They have a few tables and chairs. They also sell brigadeiro mole by the tube. So every morning, we were very excited to go there. It is very well located, near the subway station Nossa Senhora da Paz and near the Ipanema beach, in a very busy street. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other breakfast places.
