Freelance were the most down-to-earth (no added selling or pressuring) and best value for money, plus they came recommended from someone else I knew with a similar flat. After ordering the windows they were ready within a couple of weeks and installed over a day and a half. The installers were friendly and courteous and cleaned up after themselves - bonus! If I need windows again in the future I'd be very happy to use these guys again.
