Location: Milne Photography Date: July 31st, 2025…read moreService: High School Portraits It's the time of year in the Central Valley area for school yearbook and portraits. I received email notification weeks ago it's time to schedule my child for school portraits. Once we arrived we checked in the book and we were greeted immediately. We informed the staff my child is special needs with ADD and ADHD. They were able to accommodate and give him step by step instructions during the 15 minute photo session which we appreciated as a family. We paid online in advance for the scheduled session and at the session is when you actually purchase the photo packages range from A to C. The photo packages value prices are very reasonable for the area. We bought our own tie and suit jacket for the session. They offer a wide selection of poses and pictures for you to choose from. Overall the session was very enjoyable and fast especially when you have a child photo session. We strongly recommend you check out or schedule your next photo session for family, school, business or etc.

Would Never Recommend We scheduled a large family photo…read moresession with Milne Photography this past July because our father, who is in his late 70s, wanted one last professional photo with the entire family. This was a very meaningful occasion for us -- and unfortunately, the entire experience was terrible from start to finish. After spending over $2,000, we expected professionalism and care. Instead, we got weeks of delays and excuses. Our photos weren't ready until mid-October, nearly three months later, because (as we were told) they were "behind with senior photos." It was clear that our family wasn't a priority -- unless you're a high school senior, you're put on the back burner here. To make matters worse, after being told our photos would be ready by Friday afternoon, we got a call from Heidi at 3 p.m. saying they still weren't ready and we'd need to come back Monday morning. It really felt like they just wanted to leave early rather than finish our order as promised. Then came another disappointment: we were charged over $200 for facial retouching on a few of the grandkids, and the edits looked unnatural and distorted. When we finally received our photos, the faces looked off -- not something you'd proudly frame after spending thousands of dollars. Lastly, we were told that, given the size of our purchase, we'd have access to a digital album with all of the photos taken during our session. That turned out to be false -- they only shared seven photos of their choosing, and some of the photos we actually ordered weren't even included. Overall, our experience was deeply disappointing. This was supposed to be a cherished family memory, and instead it was a frustrating ordeal. If you're not a high school senior, don't expect to be treated like a priority here. We will never use Milne Photography again.

Third Element did an AMAZING job on both our engagement (Zach) and wedding photos (Zach and Kate)…read more We could not be more pleased with how the photos turned out and Zach is so awesome to work with! He traveled a few hours for both our engagement session and our wedding, made sure we got all the photos we wanted at our wedding while also making sure we enjoyed our day, and, of course, produced amazing work that we, along with all our family and friends, are literally obsessed with. Would definitely recommend them for anything you need!!

I LOVED their style and the prices were very reasonable. I feel like photographers are the easiest to choose since they showcase their stuff online and I was very excited to have them. Check out their Facebook page now! What really amazes me (besides the breathtaking photo's) was how awesome they were to work with. Jacki and I had calls because she wanted to get to know our story beforehand and they both worked a solid 10 hours to make sure they captured everything from getting ready to staying late for those amazing sunset shots. Jacki even looked up our venue online to see where the best shots would be - that kind of detail and dedication was exactly what I was looking for. On the day of, I barely noticed them (made me a bit nervous actually) but they were actually being stealth and staying out of the way while somehow capturing every amazing moment. We've gotten so many compliments on our photos and I'll tell you that I'm very picky and kick-a$$ photographers was #1 on my wedding must have list. I'm SO happy I went with them - plus we didn't have to break the bank to afford such high quality work. I highly recommend them.

Customer service was 5 stars. The infinity wall's so nice, and the color backdrop room would be perfect for professional headshots. They have tons of props and seats that you can use as well. We had so much fun and took a lot more pictures than we expected. The quality is great, and I look forward to using them for promotional materials.

The setups are super cute -- really good lighting, quality pictures, simple backdrops, various props and everything was clean and new. I loved that we could get unlimited shots within the timeframe we chose and it was more than enough and got them right away after our session was done. If you're photogenic (unlike us), come prepared with some poses in mind, since you're on a timer. The staff is so nice and helpful and explained everything from the studio rules, props, how to use the remote etc and the whole vibe was really chill and not rushed. We really appreciated them for allowing us to have an extra 5min since we were running late, (we booked the 5min white room). Definitely a solid place to go with friends and/or family or just refresh your photo game and get some new profile pics! We're for sure going back with our daughter and bringing our parents too for some family photos.
