They were pretty much within the range that I expected, based on some research for Los Angeles. They scheduled me at 8:00, and they arrived at 8:00. They were here the entire day, measuring my irregular block and area. They were so very nice, and very diligent with their accuracy, marking the areas they were able to mark, along with verifying the existing, and very old, markers on the sidewalk. I even found out that my neighbor has about 1/2 a foot of my property in the back, and 13inches in the front. It is a great relief to know where my property lines truly are. GMON did a fantastic job. By far the worst management company that I had to deal with. They take no responsibility, no proper accountability and communication. Something very simple can take months and multiple emails and follow up and nothing gets done, they ignore all messages and emails and try to blame either the landlord or the tenants. They are here just to collect their fee.
