He is caring, transparent about the plan your child needs, and very forthcoming about details that will expedite the orthodontic process and bring that final result of perfection as quickly as possible. Dr. Collins took the time to get to know my daughter Calli. He learned of her interests and even came to see one of her musical performances at our local county fair. Calli was completely thrilled! By being so aware of who Calli is, he earned her trust completely and she was more than willing to follow his instructions after each of her appointments. Dr. Collins is an excellent doctor, but most importantly he is a wonderful person! Dr. Collins and his staff were wonderful to work with. My son and I knew from the first introductory visit that we would be comfortable seeing them for his braces. We were always kept informed of the treatment plan and were told how much progress had been made at each visit. The office is bright and comfortable and the support staff always knew who we were and made us welcome. Dr. Collins has extended hours so they are available for appointments before and after school, which is very important since many of his patients are students. When my son had a loose bracket, Dr. Collins made arrangements to see us outside of regular hours because we were going out of town the next day. Dr. Collins clearly loves his work, and he is good at it, which is so important in choosing a health care provider. He gets to know each patient individually so he can help them feel comfortable. Great experience. Everyone is very friendly. They really are genuine!!!! They took wonderful care of my son, very gentle. His teeth look perfect. Convenient Wednesday evening and Friday hours. As strange as it sounds, my son enjoyed going to the orthodontist. After chatting with Dr. Collins the first time, I had confidence in his ability to adjust Collin's (my son's name too!) teeth and smile. Dr. Collin's kept me informed throughout the process.
