I explained to him exactly what I was looking for. My perfect vehicle needed to be a Ford Escape that was 4-wheel drive so I could make it to work through the snow drifts that Iowa loves to throw at us. He proceeded to show me the different ones that would meet my needs. Cary was very knowledgeable about the features and took the time to visit with me about each of them. During the test drive Cary actually let me sit in the back and drove me around so I could experience what my passengers would. We joked about it being like a scene from Driving Miss Daisy, lol. I made my decision that this was the place to buy from! While filing out all the paper work I met Jeremy Birdnow, he was very up beat and pleasant to speak with. I also would like to mention David Clayton, who finished up the financial end of this transaction. David explained in great detail about the warranty and what it included. I went in for a replacement of 4 tires and I asked them for the wrong tire dimensions, they politely corrected me and told me why it matters and recommended the right size. I asked them to change out my spare tire as well because I thought it was damaged and unusable, they tested it and it passed and promptly notified me that the change was unnecessary. They kept me informed, and genuinely looked for an opportunity to conduct honest business. They even identified the source of a winning in my car that had me nervous. Though it is likely not a part of their standard service, they filled my empty power steering fluid without charge. They have won over a dedicated customer.
