Worse service ever we have yet to receive our car back and no reply from Darren. He has had our car for a very long time for a paint job we paid him $1500 for and every time I went by it was excuse after excuse. His shop has closed his last text was this " Hello, Ms Garcia. We're having to close our shop due to not being able to be with city code. I've been returning customers vehicles and refunding. Do you have room for the vehicle at your residence?I can have it taken to you" And I replied that we did. And he said he would keep in touch. This was March31st!! He has silenced his notifications. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Takes forever. Completely inconsiderate and cannot give an accurate timeline to have repairs done at all. Was told my vehicle would be ready Monday... come Monday now I'm being told Tuesday.... come Tuesday now it's Wednesday. WORST SERVICE WITH ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. WARNING - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! The owner kept my car for THREE MONTHS, admitted to having used my insurance money inappropriately, admitted to owing me approx. $2,000 in rental car fees incurred due to his errors (which he repeatedly promised to pay, but has FAILED TO PAY and REFUSES TO RESPOND to messages about), admitted to having accounts seized by the government, and made various other, REPEATED FALSE EXCUSES before admitting to having LIED to me the entire time he had my car. A very reputable second opinion expert found that he did HORRIBLE WORK on my car. Undercarriage parts have actually FALLEN OFF, doors and carriage are misaligned, extensive damage was not addressed, etc. His estimate to my insurance company included work that was NOT COMPLETED and I had to have a subsequent work done to the vehicle as a result (which my insurance honored as necessary from the underlying original even). Again, HE KEPT MY CAR FOR 3 MONTHS, ADMITTEDLY LYING about the job progress, costs, completion time, and other matters throughout. I would hate for anyone else to experience what I went through. read more

My husband took his Ford F-350 in for repair after a tire blowout damaged the rear quarter panel. He was very nervous because he has had that truck for 14 years and never needed any body work.
