it says it is not selective ( this is true: if you can afford to pay for it or if your employer does pay for it then your child will get a place)
the size of classes is big/ between 30 to 35 , students are not pushed towards excellence but on he whole they are pretty happy which is very precious in a country where most school children are very unhappy to go to school
The music department is geared towards guitar, sax and drums , not much room for classical serious musicians
The teachers are dedicated, some even go the extra mile to help students in difficulty but as they have lived much too long in France they are contaminated by negative appraisal and there is an even mixture of very bad to good enough teachers
there is not enough help for students to help with University applications
it is not by chance that the school does not make public the list of University gained by their students ( but from what I know Cambridge and Oxford are nearly unknown )
As it is mostly Airbus that pays for most of the students' fees, parents feel
their opinion is of no importance
If your children schooling is important for you and you still want to live/work in Toulouse try to find a good boarding school in the UK ( if you can afford it)
The kindergarden is a very lovely part of the school and young chldren are well looked after and very happy, the learning part is a very happy process this compares with British private school
