I had identified 20 condos in advance as good possibilities, and worked with four different real estate agencies to see these properties, as well as others they recommended to me. Of the four, UIM was by far the most professional. They not only showed me the condo I bought, but helped resolve a number of obstacles during the purchase process. Their customer service is excellent, and they have a strong focus on doing things right. Daniel, the sales agent, was very knowledgeable and conscientious. Natalia, the manager, is right on top of everything, and helped solve a number of problems. I was so impressed that I selected UIM to manage the rental. The sale closed on July 14 and the condo was rented to a good tenant on August 3. The rental management agent, María José, has also been great to work with.

Soy un norteamericano del estado de Georgia. En Julio de 2017, visité a Puerto Sagunto para comprar un piso como inversión por ahora, y quizás como una segunda vivienda para mi familia en unos años. Había identificado a 20 pisos por antemano como buenas posibilidades, y trabajé con cuatros inmobiliarias para verlos, y otros que me recomendaron. De las cuatro agencias, UIM fue la más profesional. No solo me enseñaron el piso que compré, pero también ayudaron en resolver varios problemas que surgieron durante la compra. Su atención al cliente es excelente, y tienen un enfoque firme en hacer las cosas bien. Daniel, el agente de ventas, es concienzudo y tiene conocimientos fuertes. Natalia,la gerente, se mantiene al tanto de todo, y ayudó en solucionar varios problemas. Estuve tan impresionado que escogí a UIM para gestionar el alquiler. La venta cerró el 14 de Julio y el piso se alquiló a un buen inquilino el 3 de Agosto. La agente de gestión de alquileres, María José, también me ha atendido muy bien.
