A fairly young congregation (many UVA students) with a heart for God. Pastor Toni is on point and doesn't have you checking your watch to see when the service is over or having you fight to stay awake. He's engaging and entertaining with the message but scripturally based. The music is contemporary and the church is far from "dead". There is a youth group that meets Sunday night, a Sunday school, and a nursery. There are several small groups that meet through the week too. God is definitely alive in this ministry.
