The flowers I ordered were ~$100 online and boasted a large arrangement filled with flowers. When my friend received these flowers that I sent her for her Birthday, what showed up was an embarrassment. I even sent her a picture of what I ordered. I called 1 800 Flowers and they had this shop resend my friends new ones that more accurately depicted what was advertised. I get a notification that they were redelivered so I asked my friend if she got the new ones and she said no. I called BACK UP and they said they would be delivered by 8pm and they only said they were delivered because the shop was closing. Fast forward to today, and still no flowers. I call again for a third time and now get the response of, my friend will not get her new flowers until she returns the old one...... what kind of customer service is this? These were a gift and you expect that person to have to come to your shop (during a pandemic no less) so you can get your three day old flowers back so you can "recuperate the cost of the original arrangement" Why do you even need these flowers back? So you can resell them to some other poor customer? I refused to have to make my friend go to the store to return them and then an hour later I get a text from my friend saying " New flowers just got delivered to my house but, they told me to give the old ones back" ....... WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PRODUCTS/EXPERIENCE EVER. I would never use this shop again even if their flowers were free.

But most of all, the first time I ordered here, I sent some flowers to my mom. I've sent her a decent number of bouquets over the years; I've moved around the country a bit, and can't always get home to say hi. When flowers from this place were delivered, my mom called me, thanked me for the flowers... and gave me explicit instructions to order from here again. What she got was far enough above her expectations that for the first time in, uh, ten years or so, she said "please get those again!" when I got her a gift. That's a new one for me, definitely welcome, and a huge thank you to this flower shop. I've ordered flowers from here more than once now, and intend to keep doing so as long as I'm away from home and Flowers With Imagination keeps answering the phone. :-)

This would be a 5 star review based on most of the work Megan did on our wedding. She was so sweet,…read morean attentive and detail-oriented wedding decorator, and everything looked beautiful. She even brought some of the flowers to us the day before the weekend, so it'd be easier for our family. I would absolutely recommend her as a florist. The reason this is a 3 star is because of the lack of responsibility Megan took when her team was unable to assemble a huge mandap/huppah/canopy structure for our ceremony--it fell in front of our eyes. Indian weddings have a huge fire-pit in the middle, so poor execution of this structure could have become a very dangerous mistake. I'd spent a year making a thousand paper cranes for our backdrops, so you can imagine how sad this was.oTaking down the mandap was the best decision, and of course mistakes happen, but it's important to own up to them. Megan blamed an uneven stage for the unsoundness of the structure and although very apologetic, she was unwilling to take responsibility for the structure itself. The stage seemed within reason, and we didn't really notice it was uneven. Coming from a family of engineers, it didn't seem like the structure would have stood up without any weights to hold it down regardless of how flat the surface was. I thought I was being generous by only asking to be reimbursed half the amount of the structure, because I really liked Megan, but we were reimbursed $400 for the structure after a month and a half of back and forths. After spending over 5K at Megan's business, and trusting her to put up the structure, we basically paid her $1200 to try. I work with clients all day, and I can't imagine failing to deliver the biggest feature, blaming the whole thing on a different party, and bowing out. Megan is a great person, and I do recommend her as a florist and decorator, but not for building and delivering large structures. If you do decide to hire her, please ask her how she handles situations if they go wrong.

Without a doubt, Fragile Paradise provided the best value, most flexibility, greatest willingness to listen to our desires and needs, and the most creativity. From our first meeting, Megan was so professional and very quick to provide any requested information or respond to questions, typically within the same day of receiving an email from me. She was very respectful of our budget, happy to create a beautiful look within any budget that we decided upon and very responsive to our suggestions and ideas. She also spent time looking for vases and arrangements that fit our vision and emailing me pictures when she came across another new idea. She was wonderful at offering ideas and recommendations that would maximize the look of our flowers within our budget. She is a very talented florist and very artistic in her work. She was also very flexible with her schedule to meet with me and create mock centerpieces when I was in town, even if she was busy that day with another event. She also coordinated with our venue on every detail of the day. She was one vendor that we never had to worry about one bit! We were positively confident that everything would be perfect. The day of our wedding, we could not have been happier. Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful! Our bouquets and centerpeices were gorgeous. We would not have changed one thing. Not only were we thrilled with how everything turned out, but our guests raved about the elegant sheek look that was created by our flowers. Megan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She truly cares about her clients, not only about creating the perfect look for their wedding day, but also about supporting them as a couple and as friends. Lenik's has good parking and many trollies to load up your selection and push or pull around the area. Prices are posted on a chalk board outside each green house. Lots of easily identifiable staff wearing bright blue shirts to answer questions and check their phones to see if they have that unusual plant you are looking for. Brandi was great in directing me to several varieties I didn't see and even checked me out. I never felt rushed even though the place was buzzing. They had plenty of staff. It is tucked away on Railroad Street so be sure to check out the directions on your GPS.
