It's ridiculous. Yet they've raised our rent just a couple months ago a couple hundred dollars. My mother lives here and over 70 yrs old. It makes zero sense that they would treat a senior citizen this way. We've had upper 80s and 90 degree weather, and all we have is a ceiling fan. I would never suggest these places to anyone. It's disgusting.

I truly believe there was collusion between her, the selling agent, and the home inspector she selected for me. Being new to the area, had no clue who to hire and relied on her "expertise" and job as my advocate in the process. I was lied to on several issues, including "laws" that are not required. The seller's agent, Erin, a real piece of work lied at every turn and my agent did nothing to advocate or assist, other than offer to pay for the removal of three truckloads of crap left in the property. The inspection was a list of falsehoods....i.e, required replacements within first three months....New Pool Filter, New wiring on ALL GFI's, New HVAC system, New Pump and Bladder tank, Leaking roof in not one, but TWO locations, pool wiring, and all landscape wiring deemed "dangerous". How much was he paid off by the realtors to get this cleared? To beat all, what she said was the lowest we should pay for the house, only made the appraisal by bullying the appraiser and now, as I look for a DIFFERENT realtor to sell the place, I can't get back what I paid for the place. If you know the area and market, and are looking for something that a cookie cutter track home, I am sure she will be fine.

I just made an initial call to Keith Walpol who works for this company. I described to him exactly…read morewhat type of commercial property I'm looking to purchase. He told me that I would have to sign an agreement with his company stating that I would be dealing with his company exclusively to find this property. I told him that I will not do so because I've had agents from other companies NOT work diligently in finding me what I need, and I don't want to limit my options. I told him the sales commission will go to whoever finds me a suitable property FIRST, whether it's someone from his company or a different company. He didn't like the fact that I challenged his company's double standards in that I had to put ALL my faith in his company, but no faith was given to me that his company would find a suitable property for me in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, for some odd reason, Keith kept saying he is not a residential agent. When I asked him why he kept saying that, even though I made it clear several times that I was looking for commercial property, he told me that I should take my business elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE~!
