On each occasion staff addressed my presence in a manner which ensured that I did not have to wait for others to leave who were already being served ahead of me. An office person working at their desk would promptly come to the counter to assist me. Each worker I've met on every visit was friendly, showed a full understanding of what my needs were and either directed me to another worker who was able to handle my requests and answer my questions, or was able to provide me with the appropriate forms and information on how to complete those forms and submit them for processing. These folks are serious about serving their fellow residents and should feel as proud about the job they do as I feel good about coming to them for help.

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. A female employee complained about there…read morebeing too many packages, even though there were no other customers waiting at the time. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. What was even more upsetting was that after accepting the packages, she threw all of my packages instead of handling it carefully. Packages should be treated with care, especially when customers are trusting the postal service with their belongings. I hope management addresses this type of behavior and provides better customer service training. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of how many packages they are shipping. :(

I like this location because they have a self serve kiosk where you can scan prepaid…read morelabels/packages and then drop into a slot. You can then still get a printed or emailed receipt just like at the counter. A lot faster than waiting in line (if you need a receipt for prepaid packages.) This is a big location and usually busy-ish but the line moves. Parking lot is nuts somehow so just make sure you check a million times before backing out of your spot.

The Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge consists of three lanes on interstate 87 both north and south bound. The bridge is commonly referred to as the Twin Bridges, or just "The Twins", as they are pair of identical arch bridges, made of steel, which span the Mohawk River between the Albany County and Saratoga County, in New York's Capital District. There is traffic around commute hours and for some reason, traffic slows down around this bridge during peak hours. Once you cross the bridge the commute is faster. To slow things down more, there are usually cops on either side of the twins setting up speed traps. There is no pedestrian path on the bridge and I actually have crossed it walking and got warned by a cop. That was my first lesson that I received from a cop, "you cannot walk on a highway even if have car trouble".....it is dangerous!!
