One happened to be getting her fingers and toes done while I was asking. She said she's been going here for years. They've been here 14 years. Do I called and they said I could come in now. When I got here there was only one other client getting her fingernails done. I decided on getting a salt scrub with my mani and pedi. It was all so delightful. The ladies here are sweet. They take cash and cards but they do charge $2 if you use your card. That was the only downside to me but I must admit, there prices are very reasonable. All in all, I'll be back. read more

Lots of parking in front, no wait time. Instantly was serviced. My pedicure cost $31 for foot scrub + callus remover. Services were priced fairly. The pedicure was everything that I was looking for. My pedicurist took her time with applying the scrub and the lotion with a very nice & soothing massage. I got helped by the lady with the short bob. Not the owner since she's the one I saw sitting on her sewing machine (s'cute) Loved that I was able to come in without an appointment. I've been coming here with my mom for years even before the pandemic. Tammy is always on point with any design that my mom or I want. She's very quick and does great work! Just be aware that it's a small shop and if you don't call in advance or book an appt, you might be waiting. I didn't get the name of the other techs but I always trust them with my pedis, my feet are always left super smooth. Few of the techs can help with your design as long as you being in an inspo photo, if they can't-then best believe that Tammy will knock it out for you. I never seem to have an issue with the products they use. As you can see in my photos that my gel nails lasted a month before I came in for a new one. And even with them grown out, they still look great. I prefer my natural nails and this spot always knows how to make it look stylish! read more

If you would like to pay $65 + for just a color job and horrible service I mean the worst nail job you'll ever experience kind of service. This is your place to come to get that exact job done. Let me start of by stating that I do not write reviews. However this trip to Color Nails that I have recently experience had left me in tears and such disbelief that I'm taking the time out of my busy schedule to write this for anyone who is even considering giving this location a chance. I went in for a full gel mani and pedi. I had two ladies to help with my service. When typically getting my nails done I go into relax and not stress about being a busy full time mom and RN, just there to relax and have me time. Well no, during the whole service I had to keep guiding the ladies to not cut my nails so short, mentioned my nails are bumpy, they are not filed straight, there were sharp edges, noticeably sharp edges. Which I was like okay I will stop and let them "do their job." Cool, right. This lady who was providing me my mani was about to proceed to paint my first layer of polish on with my crooked nails with my sharp edges in all. I stopped her and said to her "hey would you mind filing my nails to make it as even throughout as possible and make my nails on the edges so it's not sharp. This lady had the audacity (as a paying customer) had the audacity to tell me wait til then end to complain with a poor attitude. Talk about customer service, and what was said right after while not using English, who knows what was mentioned, but it couldn't have been good. But wait a min, let's go back to what was said. "NOT TO COMPLAIN TIL THE END," so you're telling me I have to wait to be tortured and wait for my nails to come out completely horrible to make a compliant. GUYS I HAD TO TAKE THE FILER AND FILE MY OWN NAILS. Yes you read that correctly I filed my own nails in a nail salon because the lady was unable to perform this task. Thats just my mani. My pedi, I don't even want to talk about it. Let's just say I have blisters on my toes because of how short my nails were brutally cut. Keep in mind I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts on my feet all day. It has been the worst, I mean the worst torturous pain I've ever felt. This is the worst nail experience I have ever had with my toes in so much pain and finger nails so short ... I don't even know what else I can say about this experience. I cannot wait for my nails to grow out so I can go else where and I would even spend over $100 each hand and feet just as long as they won't leave me this beat up and in so much pain again!! Let's hope and pray I don't get any infections or ingrown toe nails from their service. Please save yourself the trip and save yourself from the pain you will be guaranteed to have after getting your nails trimmed and cleaned up from this place. Thank you for taking the time to read through this experience I've unfortunately had to experience. UPDATE! 6 days later. My toe is infected. This company and owner should be embarrassed of what goes on in the place that is if they even care about customer service or just about the money coming in. Accidentally came here because I stopped paying attention to my google maps. I was supposed to go to "Angel Hair & Nails" but I figured it was one of those nail salons that just had a random sign, lol. My daughter thought it looked a little janky outside and by no means is it fancy but we really enjoyed our mani and pedi here. The spa pedi is $15 and I wanted the callous remover so it was $20. My daughter's was the same except had a salt scrub instead of the remover. We both got gel mani's which were only $20 compared to $25 everywhere else we've gone. I also only paid $3 to have my acrylics removed. It wasn't busy so we were serviced by 4 individuals. My pedi was awesome, she really scrubbed my feet well and gave me a nice massage after and she also made sure to take off as much dry skin as possible. Everywhere I've gone lately, they've been so lazy. Looks like we'll be coming here again! It's right next to our massage place too. read more

Pros: close to my location very affordable Cons: most the time they are busy. Sometimes they would just put you in the chair to do your nails and leave you sitting there with your feet in water (if you get a pedicure) for awhile then come to you. Also, sometimes someone would be doing your nails and they one of they're employees may call that person over and they will start to finish up that persons nails and then come back to you not changing gloves or nothing. Pretty much they juggle between clients when they are really busy which isn't professional or sanitary if they don't change gloves. read more

This is ONLY the second nail salon that I have given 5 stars to in Long Beach. Seriously fantastic service! I got a mani/pedi with gel finger nails and regular polish toes. The color has lasted three weeks now. No chips or peeling!! The lady who did my feet was older and she did a hell-of-a-job on my feet to clean them up. Seriously so impressed that I must insist on going back to her! The very lovely lady who did my fingernails was so good. I wish I would have remembered their names. When I go back, I will update this review on that. The environment was so-so. Could use some update/upgrades but they were very clean with the utensils and bowls. And, their service was so incredible. They didn't rush at all. I did see the other technicians rush a little more than mine which is why I will only come back to them. This has been my Togo spot since I moved to N. Long Beach. First time I ever went there they charged me $18 for a short acrylic set with just nail polish. No gel. And I loved how they came out and how good the work was. (Lasted me over 3 weeks) I had to take them off forcefully. Been going there since then and my nails have always looked bomb . Same durability. Same quality. I took my daughter one time and they loved her. This last time I asked for a Stilleto sharp nail with light pink gel and I've gotten so many compliments on them. Came here because all of the nail shops in Lakewood seem to be closed on Labor Day. And, I'm glad they are, because I honestly don't think I would have given them a shot. I've lived around the corner from this place for my entire life and decided to come finally try it out for the first time this week. I walk in for a mani pedi and they sit me down as soon as I come in. First observation, no protective plastic in the foot spa. So essentially my feet were bathing with everyone else's feet, dead skin cells, crust, and dirt. Right away that turned me off. My French tip was done by a man and my pedicure was done by a younger girl. Both were very friendly but seemed to be a bit new, or inexperienced. The girl was very delicate but almost too delicate to the point where My nails weren't cleaned as thoroughly as they could have been . & I felt like the man was inexperienced because he took about an hour and a half on a French tip and it came out pretty mediocre. Lots of acrylic left underneath my nails, the paint was shotty, and you can see the glue underneath a few of the nails. The end result, I'd give about a 6/10. Ok. This place is definitely a hole in the wall. Driving by, you definitely would not want to go in because it's in this tiny plaza with buildings that look like they've survived a bomb that left stains. Ok, that's a bit of an exaggeration. In simple terms, the place doesn't look too attractive from the outside. Randomly I walked into this place one day because Epsilon Nails (diagonally across the street) was beyond crowded and the wait was too long for me. Anyway, this place has ridiculously CHEAP prices. I mean who can get a manicure and a pedicure for $20?! Every time I come here, there are only 2 people working; a nail technician and the owner. They're extremely friendly people and personable. This place isn't the nicest nail salon (thus the loss of a star) but at least it has spa pedicure seats and the people always use sanitized tools. If you're in a rush, this is not the place to come to; it does take a little longer than the usual nail place. In general, the staff here is great and the prices are even better! read more
