Ivy is phenomenal, the entire staff was sweet and attentive. To say I now only have to drive 1 mile to get my nails done has me over the moon elated. Even if they had clearly communicated, we would have left and got services else where, where we both were able to get serviced. They clearly didn't have an appointment, it was very obvious because of there initial interaction. We got there at 5 they close @7. They asked what they were their to get, she had brought a friend to introduce, etc. When he finished my pedicure he proceeds to ask me if I needed anything else, I said no she just needs her manicure. He then says he can't, he has to get to them, and she can come back tomorrow. I don't appreciate that and won't be spending my money here anymore.

You can see the black underneath the gold. It looks very rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. Way overpriced. My usual nail place was closed and I needed to get in somewhere, but typically I pay $25 for a gel mani that lasts 2-3 weeks. This place charged me over $50 and it's already chipping away. The work and durability is definitely not worth what I paid.

The man who did my manicure did a poor job (dip powder all over my skin, uneven finish, and took a drill to my dry cuticles). Another woman who tried to fix them actually cut down to my cuticle and made me bleed. I ended up not having to pay for the service and I greatly appreciated that since it was hurting. After about 6 days the dip was coming off in whole pieces. As of today, I have to get my finger drained because of an infection on the finger that was bleeding at the nail bed. It's very painful and I would not recommend this business as their prices are high, quality was low, and I now have an infection.
