Disappointed with My Order I ordered a bouquet orange flowers from Crozier's place. While it was delivered on time, it looked nothing like the photo on their website. Not even one orange flower was included. Even though the image clearly showed orange as the main color. I contacted the staff, and her response was "It's seasonal flowers ". Come-on it's July, and orange roses or similar flowers are definitely available. I expected better quality flowers and honestly based on their website. read more

Croziers has been in Vista for as long as I can remember, I have used them over the years, The last time I ordered a custom arrangement to be sent to an elderly woman in our congregation, She has had heart surgery. This woman has no living family, she lost both sons, one in service to his Country, one in service to his community as a PO. What was supposed to be a heartwarming gesture, turned into a negative one, when the delivery driver complained the woman didn't have a "tip" ready for them. She just had surgery, this was delivered to a modest apartment, she had enough energy to make it to the door, not enough to go get her purse! If you EXPECTED a tip you could've reached out to me OR asked me to include it when I ordered! Btw I paid WELL for the arrangement! I have a son with special needs and today is the last day of school. He's 19 and has had the honor of being with the same amazing aide since he was 11....nearly half of his life. My son is non-verbal and like a big teddy bear. His aide has been there to support my son as he grew up. She's retired as of today and even though our hearts are broken, we wanted her to know just how much we love her. One thing we did was gift her a bouquet of flowers. I've never been to Crozier's, but I explained to the woman who waited on me why this bouquet was special to us. And I left it in her hands. My parents were looking for peach and white roses for their anniversary and I was having trouble finding any. The first florist I called told me they didn't have any peach roses in stock. When I called Croziers I heard the woman ask another associate "Are those roses pink or peach?" She then confirmed that they had white and peach roses in stock.
