Oh Lordy how many times have I driven past this sign?! If I had a nickel... There are pictures of me at all the stages of my life posed in front of this sign, and now I make my daughter get out of the car and pose too. It's a wonderful tradition that I know many people partake in when they enter Colorado from Kansas. The sign has got to be at least 41 years old because I'm 41 and it's been there my whole life! Kudos to whichever branch of the government keeps it painted and fresh looking. It's absolutely iconic and I hope it never changes. read more
