You get what you pay for... Oh wait, no you don't... If you actually want results for a water test, please go somewhere else. Bacteria test takes 24 hours... after calling about 10 times in four days (at least 72 hours later) I finally got someone to call me back with a general "it's safe to drink the water" response. They did not mail the lab report as they had not received the check yet, understandable. I only received a call back after telling the secretary "I hired you to get me information to help me make a decision. If I have to make the decision without the information, because you are withholding said information, I will not pay you for the information. After the decision is made, I no longer need the information. I will stop the check in order to recoup some of my wasted money." When the angry man called me back, he refused to send my lab report based on the words "stopped check" In short, unreasonable, unprofessional, and more than a little obtuse.
