If i had to recommend a place to see a nephrologist it would ABSOLUTELY NOT be here. I have been trying to figure out what is going on with my kidney for 6 years, and finally got a referral to see this place. My referral was sent over by my doctor, so i called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very rude on the phone, would not let me schedule an appointment because they had the referral, but not the "authorization". (it's the same thing). I had my mom call because i felt as if she would be able to handle this better than me, and she once again was extremely rude to my mom, and refused to let us make an appointment. we finally figured out that it was my medical records that they wanted and the receptionist just had no idea what she was talking about. I finally made in appointment in late march, and the soonest available they had was June 23, 2026. That is fine i understand places like this book out pretty far, however, today i received a call that the doctor thinks i need to see a different specialist and that they were going to cancel my appointment. I tried to explain the lady who called me what was going on, but she would not listen and basically just told me there was nothing I could do and my appointment was going to be canceled. Now remember i schedule the appointment for JUNE 23rd. Today is JUNE 22. i received this call not even 24 hours before my appointment, which i have been waiting for MONTHS and was hoping to finally get some answers. That is ridiculous. If you are going to cancel someone's appointment and refuse to let them see a doctor that THEY HAVE A REFFERRAL FOR, at least do it in advance not the day before. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never come here or ever try to make an appointment again. all in all, this place SUCKS. read more
