Ann was prompt in emailing me, signing me up, and receiving payment. It ended there. Eagle County Sheriff was able to serve the person of interest. No refund from Ann, though requested. Ann stated she went once to the home, and all the lights were off so the person of interest must be out of town as they had stated to the police and would not be returning until the day after it was too late to be served. Rather than continue, Ann did not return though I told her the person was in town and to keep trying..... $85.00 is gone just like that. read more

Hired them for process serving through thumbtack and failed to deliver plus no refund yet as promised for over a week now. I have a complaint going on with thumbtack in the meantime. Overall, it did not sound like a legit business, seemed more random people working from home, very poor responsiveness and tried to blame it on me after they disappear for several days. If zero stars were allowed, I'd give them zero. I don't take time to write reviews but I have to in this case. Initially after speaking with Ann (who apparently is the owner) a month ago, the service I was inquiring about seemed promising, fees are fairly priced and so I went ahead with hiring them to serve an individual in Boulder since I'm out of state. Even though their business posted no physical address, just a PO Box, I still felt confident they can do what I've asked after the call. She told me it would get done in 1-2 days and that was great because I needed this individual served within the 9 days that the court required. Never got served. They sent me the Affidavit of Non-Service the night before my court date so the courts had no time to scan these docs for the judge the next day. I then proceeded to let them know to continue attempting to serve this individual. By the way, there were no more calls answered since Day 1, only text messages. After they told me this individual appeared to be avoiding getting served, I just asked for the affidavit so I can again present to the judge but this time giving the courts enough time to scan the documents before my next hearing. They (Ann or "Brittany" or whoever was texting me back) indicated they've exhausted all efforts and my only option was to pay someone $75/hr to sit in front of the home or business...as if that's even an option for anyone. So I pretty much accepted that this person is not going to get served by this company as indicated. All I needed was that 2nd affidavit to submit to the court and I never got it. Reasons given: Notary not available on Sundays when I asked for it (although an "Ann D." was the person who notarized the first affidavit); Monday came and someone indicated that Ann was "frantically" searching for a notary....even though I was quite sure she's the notary for the company based on the copies I received the first time. I then proceeded to google notary places in Columbine and within 10 seconds, 10 companies showed up and even sent them screen shots asking why this was so difficult to do. I also told them that I was advised the notarized document wasn't required by the courts after I spoke to my legal office. Tuesday - "sorry, everyone is in training and when we're done, one of us will go and RESEND the document". Nothing was sent the day before since obviously their emails do not go to my spam or junk folders since I first contacted them. So here I am on a Thursday and still no signed (or notarized) affidavit. I am obviously irritated due to my circumstances surrounding the failure of service, especially since this is for a child's protection order. With that being said, I have no clue why they stopped responding to me and totally ignoring my request for the affidavit that they're legally required to submit to me. Worse experience ever with ANY business. Beware of this "company" whose calls after initial payment are no longer answered and go straight to voicemail. read more
