Not only did it take them a month to give us the phones we ordered and three months to connect the internet (during which time they made us pay for all of it), they have consistently added random charges to our bill even after we have repeatedly asked them in person to cancel the extra services. Today when my 6-month old phone broke, they tried to sell me a new and more expensive phone with the idea that I pay for both. When I refused, they told me that not a single store in all of Stuttgart has temporary replacement phones available to fill the gap while mine is being repaired and that the repairs will take two weeks. Do yourself a favour. Avoid them.

I am satisfied however if you are traveling or living in more rural parts of Germany you might get trouble with reception.
