Then the big things, she started coming home angry and getting in trouble hitting and kicking etc they would never put any thing in the activity sheet home that she rarely got, including the fact she would come home in the same pull up we dropped her in. Or diaper if she was dry all day. The teacher started letting us know she was starting to get in trouble there we asked if anything had changed only to find out later it was a child in the room hitting kicking others and she probably learned it from them. I found this out AFTER my child told me her friends hit her at school, then confronted the teacher and she said she meant to tell me. Then had an issue with them loosing a payment and accusing me of not paying (I have all the bank screenshots of payments) and nobody every reached out to clear it up it was left up to me to ask that they found it. Teachers send them down the hallway if they see the parent pull up, EVEN though there's OTHER parents in the hallway. NEVER have id when it came time to pick up when they didn't recognize who was picking her up. We started questioning a few things and now we get there at 9 on the dot, Courtney walks out to let me know it's too late she can't attend, not 9:01 but 9:00. They are skipping over major rules likes it doesn't matter but now that we have asked them about certain infractions they chose to act this way. The front door was not working for a full day when you walked in the door would lock behind you, we had to exit through the back. Their choice of fixing it was prop open the front door, the door that stops kids from walking out and strangers people from walking in. How ever it's fixed now. Having worked in a day care for three years, my husband owning one for 10 ratios are the most important part, if a room of 20+ kids with one teacher and one child has to have a diaper changed that leaves 20+ children unattended the diaper changing stations are not in the room. Unfortunately we tried to help and be patient with them so they could work through the issues but they are not interested in doing anything that is truly best for the children it's about the paycheck. Take your child anywhere but here!!! Also the name on the outside is different than what's listed on maps so verify the address red flag as well.
