I just got back from TJ tonight and I am SO MAD I got HARASSED and ROBBED by the TJ police!!! Ive been going to TJ for 20 years lots of fun never had this happen maybe Im just lucky!!! I was coming back from the bars (HK) I did NOT drink or do any drugs, the taxi dropped me off at the drop off at the San Ysidro entrance, as I was walking along the walkway 2 TJ officers stopped me and started harassing me asking questions, going through my pockets and they found a viagra pill which they said was illegal. I was going to tell them efff offfff but I had to be cool. They told me they would take me to the station if I didnt pay them $200, I was FURIOUS but I had to be cool not make a scene!! I had to pay them then they let me go. I was red with anger as I walked through the US entrance and told the US agents what happened!! COP OR THUGS? IF YOU SEE A SLIM COP WITH BRACES THATA EXACTLY WHO IM TALKING ABOUT. KARMA WILL GET YOU!!!! I accidentally ended up in the wrong lane while trying to return to the U.S. from Mexico. The GPS directed me that way, and although the lane said "Medical" in Spanish, it also said "USA," so I assumed it was the correct way. A couple of other cars made the same mistake and entered that lane with me. The cops immediately started screaming at us & made us back out of the lane. They stopped and immediately started asking for my ID, registration, and other documents. I explained that it was an honest mistake and that I was just trying to get home. Despite this, they gave us a long lecture and then threatened to impound my car and said I'd have to pay a large fine. Then things escalated -- they demanded we open all of our bags and show them how much cash we had. After that, they started saying it wasn't enough. They proceeded to search our entire car, including the trunk, without giving us any reason or asking for consent. A man nearby -- a Spanish-speaking local -- began yelling at the officers, telling them to leave us alone and saying they had no legal right to search us. He seemed to know what was going on and called them out on it. After that confrontation, the officers' demeanor changed. They suddenly told us to follow them back into Mexico. We had no choice but to comply. Once we were out of the way, they pulled us over again, TOOK ALL OUR CASH, returned my ID, and told us to get back in the proper line to cross the border. US CITIZENS NEED TO STOP GOING TO MEXICO AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE ECONOMY!!!! We go to get away for a small vaca & look what happens to us, cops are corrupted. Corrupt police, will steal your money AND lie to you about what the law is in mexico. Stay on the main roads where there are public security cameras, avoid dark areas/corners out of general sight. If/when you get stopped get a good look at their car (license plate, police # on car on the bumper, etc) and their face/name/badge #. After the police rob you and eventually let you go, call 911. Sounds counter productive but in that moment you need more police officers and records, the call itself starts that record and they will do things by the book at that point. read more

The police officer not sure if his name is Elbert Huel stopped me for supposedly running a red light he intimidated and gave false information saying he could take my car and me to jail for running a red light. I was taken to police office in Otay and the judge a women said the same thing. I asked for the ticket but none was given, now i have to worry about fraud because they have my personal information. I recently went to Tijuana, Mexico to party with friends and have a good time. That went out the door. We got arrested for absolutely nothing by the corrupt cops. They saw we were from the U.S. and they saw MONEY. They said that if we didn't pay them 50K, yes that's $50,000 U.S. Dollars that they were going to say they found drugs on us (they showed us the cocaine they wanted to plant in our car). What they didn't know is that we know a very important politician in Mexico. We made a call to him and the corrupt cops let us go immediately after their boss got chewed out on the phone. It happened again guys. I got robbed by the Mexican police for the second time. This time, I wasn't the only one robbed, my 3 friends that were with me also got robbed. It's the start of the 4th of July weekend. Me and my homies just want to have fun on a Friday evening and where do we go to have fun? Tijuana of course Well, we had a blast. It was actually a great night till this incident happened. I gotta say, the Mexican police are the world's greatest buzz killers It was 1 in the morning, we were outside walking when the Mexican police just randomly stopped us. They frisked us looking for drugs (such a lame excuse). We know the law, having a small possession of some drugs is actually legal in Mexico. Well, my 3 friends got caught with marijuana. I don't smoke or do any drugs. With that being said, they handcuffed my 3 friends and they let me go. They threatened to send my friends to jail unless they pay up. Well, the Mexican police took all the money in my friends' wallet. All of it totaling about $140. Oh, they also took the weed. My friends were gonna smoke it until that incident occurred. We were all upset of course and wanted to go home. Once we got in the taxi, I checked my wallet. I had $96 but I was missing $25. There's only one logical solution as to where it went I learned another lesson in all this. If you have large bills such as $20, hide it in your shoe. They never check there If you have a wallet containing a large amount of cash, and the Mexican police will just stop you, consider yourself screwed no matter what. The police are suppose to protect you, but in Mexico, the police doesn't care about you. I love Mexico with all my heart but corruption is seriously bringing that great country down. Two weeks ago I was waiting for a friend at the Tijuana International Airport, while waiting, a truck from La Policia Municipal stopped beside me and said, I was not allowed to park along the blvd, he proceeded asking for my info, once he saw California DL, he then said was gonna impound the vehicle, searched me and went through my wallet, only had three dollars in it, asked how was I gonna pay the impound fee, I said i was gonna ask my friend at the airport to lend the money, immediately said that if i get $100.00 dollars he'd let me go. when i asked to follow me to the airport terminal to ask my friend, he refused, saying he will wait at the gas station nearby. Anyway, my friend who's Mexican said that the reason the Municipal police couldn't take the vehicle or didn't follow me, was because the airport is considered Federal property and they have no jurisdiction over it, only the National Guard can stop you in that area. So if you are close or in the vicinity of the Airport, the Municipal police cannot touch you. Anyway, the whole experience left me with a bitter taste and afraid to go back. It's a shame, love going to Mexico but between the narcos, thieves and the police makes it a very a dangerous proposition. read more

The agent was an auxillary police (with a white bluetooth) and put his hand in my pant pocket and used his hand to touch my genitals for several seconds.
