Unsatisfied with john Lee Mazda, when i bought car after transaction they gave me one Key and never mentioned they did not have two which one expect when purchasing vehicle. I paid hundreds of dollars to have 2nd Key Fob made. Secondly, the GMC Acadia's had evap purge pump problem they they never revealed.The first week the check engine light came on and had to be replaced. Here's why trying to have cable/internet in Panama City is always a headache: Bills- rarely does your statement reflect what you actually owe. Channel packages you didn't subscribe to? Mystery late fees? What's that? A modem rental fee?! I OWN MY MODEM!! Spontaneous tripling of charges because "that was a promotion ma'am." (Though I've been assured several times, "this package is not a promotion"....) No joke? how about a friendly "hey were gonna need the other half of that paycheck" notice of some kind? Customer Service- occasionally you'll get on the phone with a human who makes you believe, if only for a moment, there is hope. Don't be fooled. They are helpless. Kind, but absolutely useless. Assurances and adjustments pacify you for the moment. Other times you spend HOURS in total on hold, being switched, disconnected and ultimately frustrated. I should know, I've just spent almost 500 minutes on the phone going back and forth. And on the weekends? Forget it! I couldn't get past a prompt claiming that in order to"restore service" (service I STILL don't have), I need do nothing but pay an outstanding balance of over $700????? The worst part of all? I ordered a "self install kit" Turns out "someone sent you the wrong package". Understandable..I guess? 2 weeks later, no service still but, alas, what is this in my mailbox? A BILL? For over $70?!? For what? These guys are CROOKS, no two ways about it!! And incompetent crooks at that! I'm exploring other options, I've lived here for years and done the "shuffle" back and forth between these companies and they both lack in consistency. Our cable line was hanging over main road and cars were backing up and trying to go around and the line created a safety hazard. My husband and I called six times. We spoke to three customer representatives and one manager, plus we were hung up on twice. We were told by the manager that dispatch would call and send someone out in 30 minutes. At this point the Lynn Haven police were knocking on our door asking about the line and made a call to Comcast. Ultimately we were told that we were only one customer and that other issues took priority and we were given an appointment for Sunday, May 15th. Forget great customer service this company doesn't care about safety. We were also told at 9 p.m. That was it for the day. There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE, you cannot access through the internet to cancel a service, they tell you to call, but do not give you a number and when you do manage to find it through the yellow pages they tell you to use the internet because of COVID-19 there is no one available to help. You can add a service by computer but cannot discontinue one by computer, is this a underhanded way to keep you paying for the service for just a little longer? read more

I've never had such a horrible experience dealing with customer service. I spoke with an age last month when a $70.00 service call fee was added to my bill when the home service problem was because of the tech that was there the month before. I was told to pay the entire bill or it would be considered late and that I would receive a credit this month. I did not receive a credit and today I tried to get this resolved. I've wasted over an hour now chatting with people who can't help. They give me phone numbers where you can't speak to a human, they send you to chat!! There is no way of reaching anyone to look up my account to see who I spoke with last month. I even asked a person on chat to have a manager call me. Was told they can't call. Horrible day thanks to this.! I've been a customer and paid their insane high prices for over 7 years! I'll be shopping for a new provider. I switched cable companies because Woway consistently nickle and dime customers with hidden charges. I've recently learned that Xfinity customer service is terrible as a whole, even though they are a superior cable provider. Xfinity also neglects to tell its customers you're charged 2.99 for previous seasons of shows like "Chicago Fire" on national broadcasting television once their computer system registers that you've watched 10 or more episodes. Here's the kicker, the computer system finds out what you like to watch and then they charge once your hooked on your favorite shows... I'm hoping Xfinity will change these practices because it's unfair to their customers. I guess I'm back to square one, being nickel and dimed again... I have just terminated Comcast after 5 years. The tech support that came to the house when needed was the bright spot! That group was great. The issue is that the billing is continuously wrong. Discounts for paying bill on line is never honored (at least not for me). I have been on the phone with them every month for the last 4 months to straighten out the billing. This month I got my bill and the discount that they finally gave me last month shows up as a previous balance this month. WOW! is going on line tomorrow. Tooks weeks to get cable hooked up properly, even though we were just moving service 1/2 mile away. After at least 10 phone calls and two weeks we finally got the service connected that we requested. They will only hook up the outlet you specify, and charge another $60 service charge to come back out and hook up another room. To be fair, this review applies to Comcast at the corporate level rather than the Service Center in Panama City. Every time I've needed to speak with someone at the service center (three total), I was promptly helped, they were friendly, and they did everything in their power to resolve whatever problem I had. I only have a basic cable / Blast+ bundle. I don't even watch the cable, I just got it since, for some bizarre reason, it was less expensive to get the bundle than it was to have the internet alone. I had my billing set to paperless/autopay - I suppose naïve to the fact that this is one of the worst companies in the world. I ended up with over $300 of added on garbage that I never ordered (some NBA thing, and then some MLB thing). Like I said, I don't even watch cable. There is no way I ever would have ordered this. Calling customer service to get it resolved lead nowhere. We would be promised some action (they would review, open a ticket, send an email summarizing actions, etc.), but nothing ever happened. All in all, including hold times, we spent close to 10 hours with customer service trying to get this resolved. We finally, went to the service center in Panama City to speak to someone in person. They still had to open a ticket, and work with corporate customer service, and it wasn't even corrected after our first trip (only some of the charges were corrected). After another trip to the service center and a second ticket opened, it was finally resolved. This went on for a total of two months, where I removed autopay and went delinquent on two bills (I refused to pay anything additional until the current bills were corrected and the previous charges, including late fees were corrected.) During this time, I am worried our service may be disconnected for not paying, or worse, a strike against my credit. Even though the issue was finally resolved, it cause a lot of stress and came at a huge expense of our personal time. We seriously need better options in Panama City. Comcast and WOW are a joke. read more

Worst customer service ever. I have had to deal with Comcast several times and the customer service has always been terrible, but somehow todays service was even worse. They not only make you wait forever, they ask the same questions over and over even after you have clearly answered it. Then after they get all your information in the system they tell you that you aren't talking to the right department and are going to have to transfer you and you get to start the process all over again. Completely frustrated with this monopoly on the internet service providers!! We have bought a home and did everything we should to transfer service such as provide date to turn off at old residence, provide date to start at new residence. 3 months later, they turn off our internet service in our new home because Comcast did not discontinue our service at the old home!! Also. from day 1, we have ask for and verified (multiple times) that we have UNLIMITED data....why, oh why do we keep getting notices of being over our data limits? And make a call to correct all this, not unless you want to have a so called professional customer service represenative hang up on you after 10 minutes of holding for a supervisor!!
