There's hand tools like drills, grinders, circular saws, etc. No one tried to force me to buy anything more than what I needed and the guy behind the counter helped me find the least expensive grinder for the job I have to do at home. My dictionary and limited language knowledge and very helpful employee helped me make the right choices. It's located a couple blocks off one of the main roads.
