Terrible experience! Took a wedding dress to be cleaned and they did not do a good job. It was cheaper than most quotes but you get what you pay for I guess. Not only did they not do a good job but they lost the garment bag and hanger. Returned it with a wire hanger. When asked about the hanger and garment bag, they were rude! read more

If you're bringing a wedding dress here- DON'T. They only tumble clean your wedding dress (so hopefully it's not delicate!), they don't offer any kind of spot cleaning, and they don't clean veils. Such a disappointment. Will not be returning. read more

I had a parka coat and the Teton XXL -35 sleeping bag. I had something sticky on the coat that was removed and cleaned. I was very happy with that. The sleeping bag was about 35 - 40 dollars to get cleaned. It was well worth it as the last month I was camping out in the desert. Will use again for my dry cleaning needs. read more

I can understand that the prices are low, but there's no reason quality should be sacrificed when cleaning fabric. We took one of our two Santa suits in for some basic cleaning- not even to remove any stains or anything, and it actually came back looking dirtier than it did before. The fur is all matted and has a grayish tone now instead of the bright white you can see on our yet-to-be-cleaned suit next to it in the picture. The white on the pants even has some red coloring that bleed into the faux fur. Very disappointed. We won't be taking the Santa suits here anymore. I guess for basic laundry, the price makes sense, but not for special occasion garments that need more care and consideration. read more

Drove up to their sliding doors and a very nice lady took all my dry cleaning from me while I sat comfortably in my car. Brought me out a ticket for my 5 items. Super convenient drive through. Picked every thing up a day and a half later. Drove up, super nice guy took my ticket grabbed my clothes hung them up on the back seat clothes hanger for me took my debit card, brought out my receipt. Clothes looked great, even had a paper covering the tops of all the clothes. Spots on my silk skirt, gone. I'm from Washington and have only been in Grand Junction for a month and I've never been to a dry cleaners like this. Amazingly great!! read more

Comet Cleaners was contacted by my insurance to clean our clothing and textiles after a house fire. When we recieved our clothes back, the first outfit my daughter wore began reeking of smoke within hours of her wearing it. After that I double, and even triple, washed every article of clothing from Comet Cleaners to get then clean. Comet Cleaners, with no communication to me and while in communications with insurance about payment, decided the threaten me with a lien on my home that caught fire.
