If you live at Anastasi villages on cactus in Paradise Village Parkway, do not even think about using this company due to they put the heat exchanger in improperly. They switched the hoses around and I don't believe the unit was even bad because all along it was dirty filters for the water. They stated to me that they do not replace the filters nor look at them I believe in my opinion, they're not even doing any justice to the homeowner, nor to the unit of the heat exchanger. I believe The most important thing on these heat exchangers is the water that goes in and out of the unit and if that's not checked, why even put a new unit in. read more

These guys are great. I had a pretty bad leak in the plenum in my garage. I had 1 AC guy going to repair it but he kept missing the appointment so I had Comfort Experts come out. They looked it over and gave me a fair quote. They had someone out that afternoon to measure and a couple of days later the crew was out to replace the plenum. This is a follow-up to an earlier review. Comfort Experts was the third company to visit our property for our air conditioning (A/C) issue. In all cases, we explained that our home was at the end of its life cycle, given all the teardowns and new houses built around it. We wanted to keep the old components running for another 2-3 years. Nevertheless, the first two companies didn't hear us and offered replacement bids we found outrageous. Upon our hesitation, each lowered their bid by exactly $5,000.00. I wondered later if this was some kind of standard practice among less scrupulous A/C salespeople. However, Comfort Experts listened to our needs and offered a repair solution subject to additional inspections, including from our electrician. Afterward, and in consultation with our electrician, compressor replacement was recommended. That pushed the cost consideration very nearly into the whole system replacement category but would leave us with the other older components. But Comfort Experts made the decision easy for us in that their bid to replace the heat pump and air handler was less than half the original first two bids from the other companies with no skimping on the hardware quality. The Comfort Experts inspectors and installers were delightful people, and we are exceedingly pleased with their service as we enjoy our new air conditioning system. They were quick to respond, quick to schedule me in the same day, (which is extremely rare, considering the high temperatures currently going on in the valley), but they fixed the issue, inspected on some other specs, told me I was low on refrigerant and were able to get that taken care of as well same day! . Hands down the GREATEST experience I've ever had with an HVAC company in 25 years in Arizona. Ryan was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. His team came out to replace one of the dinosaur units on my roof that went out on me. They were so respectful and professional and went above and beyond. The owner Ryan came out on my late work night to give me a quote on a new Trane A/C system. That in itself showed me how customer oriented his business is, while 7 other A/C companies refused to work around my busy hospital clinic schedule. Ryans quote was fair and within price ranges of local competitors. However, what sold me was Ryans through inspection of my attic gas furnace. Moreover,he discussed his strategy for installing a new unit correctly. He presents himself like an engineer. So, I hired Ryan and his crew. 1 week after the consultation, the Comfort Expert crew arrived punctually on time at my home ready to install my new system. Although I wasn't home during the install, my wife's said they were working non stop from 7-5PM in order to complete the job. She too was impressed! I must say, as A/Cs go, my new Trane XR-16 looks great and it is such a beast. Another perk was the ultra modern Ecobee WiFi thermostat. Looks great in our new home.
