Pooh and I stayed here one night and happy to depart the day! From the outside the hotel looks nice and since it was December it was decorated for Christmas. When we received our room key, we were happy to be on the third floor and the room looked great when we walked in but when I set up my CPAP the power bar in my side of the bed wasn't working-- a whole power bar not working so I plugged my machine directly into the outlet and it wasn't working either - that was quite frustrating. After that experience I was sitting on the throne and looked at the sink and saw two bobby pins there --yuck!!! The bed had five pint-size pillows. While showering I was standing in ankle-high was cuz of the slow drain. Paying 180$ for that room wasn't worth it and we will never stay there again The only good thing about the room were the room-darkening curtains read more
Nicest comfort inn that I have ever seen and Stephanie at front desk was courteous and helpful with recommendations for a great experience downtown and dinner but stingy with towels and wash cloths compared to other hotels including comfort inn and bath towels are very small and thin cheap too pillows were less than half the size too they were too small read more

This hotel is okay, room is decent and clean. We booked this hotel, through Travelocity, during the Civic Holiday, in August. We booked 2 rooms, for 2 nights, each for 2 adults. We paid for these 2 rooms, for 2 night, up front to Travelocity, using credit card. We checked in on August 2, 2013, and checked out on August 4. When we checked into our rooms, with another couple, we had to leave our credit cards with the front counter, even though the rooms were paid in full in advance. We checked out on August 4, 2013 as planned. When we left, the lady at the front counter told us that everything was okay, since our rooms were paid for already. A month later, my friend found out that this Comfort Inn had charged an extra $221.68 on his VISA. We tried to contact the hotel to find out about this charge, and was told that we had to talk to Travelocity, by the lady manager of this Comfort Inn. We then contact Travelocity on September 9, 2013, and Travelocity, after discussing the situation with this Comfort Inn, told us that the extra $221.68 would be credited back into the VISA account, within 2 business days. More than a week later, this still had not happened. We called Travelocity again this morning, and was told that they would check into this. We are still waiting for the outcome. read more

The staff was nice and courteous. Room and lobby clean and neat. The only problem is that the pillows (that were in a square shape ?!) were so thick, stiff and cheaply filled with yellow foam cubes leftovers from I don't know where, that both me and my girlfriend kept waking up trying to find a way to sleep on these stupid pillows! In the morning, even though the mattress was comfy, we both left the hotel with pain in the neck for the entire day... :-( really weird pillows never seen anything like it, the were 29$/night hotel grade! Even though I paid 99$ CAA rate for the night. At least I didn't loose everything; they gave me Aeroplan miles! read more
