    Right above shower.

I give this place another 2 years max. The receptionist(s) were nice however, the place was a constant overwhelming smell of marijuana. Front desk associates were out at 2am smoking and blasting music. Room was like a motel. Beds were nice and clean, however, took pictures of what the room service does not take care of. Hotel inside was pretty quiet, not sure how pool was or if they even had one. Elevator was not in the best shape. All hallways had a constant odor of weed. Couldn't get away from it. I am NOT one to leave a review, in fact, I never have. However this was mind blowing to me.

Very poor quality place to be. People smoke weed inside of their rooms and it is a non-smoking building. The lock on my door was broken and the shower in my room does not work the way it's suppose to either.. their rules for house cleaning and current tenants are sexist and demeaning. I had a woman with me in the room and when the cleaning service came up I was able to stay in my room as she cleaned.. But, when I was alone In my room and cleaning service came in I had to stand in the hallway unable to watch her or my possessions.. I am greatly saddened by this experience alone.. Breakfast service isn't all that and the dining area is very small. The gym was okay. They have good stationary bikes.

Checked in and the room wasn't even cleaned from the previous guest! They just gave me the room key and sent me up??

Let's see where to start, I checked into this hotel and went to my room to find it had never even been cleaned from the guest who previously stayed in the room... photo attached, stuff all over the floor, beds not made and trash everywhere. So I go complain to the front desk and they give me the room next door which is fine..... the tub doesn't drain so it's been hours since my shower and it's still full of water! The AC unit is worn out and every 3 mins makes a loud grinding sound so I had to turn it off to be even able to sleep. This place is a dump... avoid it at all costs!

Very clean, comfortable beds, free spotty wifi, relatively smell free, good breakfast, and a staff, not all as sweet as Brittany, who called me back at midnight to tell me she found my tablet.

Staff here was very friendly with me upon arrival and kind of helped me with a little dilemma I was having with my groceries that I brought with. When I was given the keys to my room I was excited to know that my room had a balcony! This is absolutely great for a budget hotel to feature something this cool that I think is in a lot of luxury hotels. The rooms were absolutely massive! It featured a living room and a big bedroom that is private from that space. I did enjoy how big the lobby was but it's completely empty the entire time like an abandoned mall. I will agree with some of the reviews that the Furnishings inside the hotel are a bit beaten up but what I think is a little bit redundant is that you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony at all even though you're technically outside. The balcony itself was very hard to open and the blinds were very dirty. The sink had a problem with draining. Shower was a bit leaky too. Breakfast itself wasn't too bad though the selection was pretty bland. Overall, for what it was worth I did thought it was a great time at the hotel. I do warn that if you do come here and there's a lot of people that the elevator that's at the hotel is very slow one of the other nearby elevators was shut down.

I went into the bar area for the evening social and the tables throughout the area were filthy. I mean gross!! The saddest part is that there were 2 restaurant employees sitting down in the bar area literally doing nothing while being surrounded by the nasty, nasty eating areas. If I could cancel my reservation I would have left immediately. The carpets and furniture in the rooms need to be replaced. The mattresses are so old they have permanent indentations from the thousands of people who have slept on them. The only good thing I can say about my room is that it was a huge upgrade from a cleanliness standpoint compared to the public and eating areas.

Its an ideal destination for an extended stay. As a former seminary built in the 1940's, the architectural flourishes are second to none. Design aficionados will be in aesthetic heaven. There are three restaurants on site - an Irish Pub, a wine Bar, and a Steakhouse with a bar and breakfast service. The wine bar is definitely worth a visit, whereas I recommend the other two options primarily for their convenience. Service is exceptional and the beds are firm but very comfortable, nonetheless. The in-room TV supports casting TV & movie apps - Netflix, Hulu, etc. - but not music apps, for some reason. Fortunately we brought a WiFi speaker. A few notes on accessibility follow. For context, I can walk with crutches but need to use a wheelchair for long distances. And this hotel is all about long distances. We had an accessible king room, and while the lanes for navigating a wheelchair around the bed are tight, they are manageable. The bed is super comfortable but also very TALL. It could be tricky to transfer to the bed from a wheelchair without assistance of crutches. There is plenty of space in the bathroom and the roll in-shower has a good set up with an accessible shelf for shampoo, etc. Be careful with the bathroom door - it is a very heavy sliding door with a strange locking mechanism. The public spaces in the hotel, including the restrooms, are generally modern and accessible. I also noticed that the pool has a swing chair for water access. One exception is the Irish Pub, which treated accessibility as an afterthought when it was designed. There is no wheelchair access within the hotel - you'll want to drive around to the back to use its parking lot. Additionally, to get to the restroom or the second floor of the pub you'll need to use one of smallest prefab dumb waiters I've ever been in. Finally, be advised that the entrance to the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, and the porte-cochère landing itself is at a slant. Be agile with your brakes, and let your companion park the car after you've exited if you can. Also note that there are only 4 designated accessible parking spaces. We've seen them all full on multiple occasions; for a parking lot of its size, the hotel should probably add about 4 more.

No mention of this anywhere that there is no food available at the one food spot in the hotel! Great... rhetorical question; do you know how difficult it is to try and park a 26 foot U-Haul truck in any restaurant parking lot? Not to mention, paying by the mile for mileage. UPDATE: To be fair, I did ask for a beer, which they had, and when I went to leave, they did comp it. Still only 3 stars, since I'd rather not have to try going somewhere else.

The staff here was pleasant and for me easy to work with. I have absolutely no issue with person to person interactions/ service. Good response to basic requests and daily housekeeping service! I don't travel that much these days and I haven't had daily housekeeping since Covid I think. This place had a great location for me. A 20-minute drive to airport and the best grouping of walking distance food and family entertainment I've seen by a hotel/motel type property in a long time. Shake Shack was great, there are BJs and similar restaurants plus a lot of smaller footprint restaurants on the other side of the AMC theater located to the north. Easy way to get some steps in. The only negatives were the breakfast appeared to have reconstituted eggs that some places use and I'm not a fan. All the other items were "free breakfast tasty." Secondly, the property was feeling a tiny bit tired - some nondescript odor was in the hallway on my upper floor - not in the room though. Also, the bathroom/tub toilet felt pretty tight - so much so that I thought it could have been used for astronaut training on the old Mercury space program. The rest of the room had adequate space for us.
