We chose this location because they offered a swimming pool, free WiFi, in-room refrigerator, and a hot breakfast. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool was unavailable. The WiFi was pretty good. The showerhead flow was pretty wimpy. There were very limited breakfast offerings: at 6:30 am, I found no fresh fruit, hardly any milk, and a waffle iron with no cooking oil, so the waffle dough stuck to the waffle iron. read more

We had a great 4 day stay and my husband has been there working for 2 weeks and he's enjoyed it as well. The only con is the pool could use a deep cleaning. It is not heated but at about 2pm it feels great! The weight room was very clean. All staff members are very polite, my favorite was the cook she was so sweet. I had to go down to lobby to ask for multiple items on different occasions and was always treated politely, they have the place decorated for Halloween and my kid loved it. The WiFi was great speed, we watched HBO max and my husband gamed out the entire time he's been down there, as did a few of the other workers. The lemon water up front is fresh everyday. They change up the breakfast everyday so some days are better than others but all were good with a lil salt and pepper. We were on top floor and have absolutely no noise complaints. read more

The night we checked in, service was very good, but the room smelled like wet dog. The phone didn't work in the room, the ice machine on our floor didn't work, the next day the elevator didn't work, would have been nice if they told the guests, also should have had employees available to help guests with luggage. We stayed there about a month and the prices were good,staff was very friendly and the rooms stayed clean even when they were short handed! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. My husband is working out of town staying there and every single staff member was on first name basis with him within the first 5 days. Every person I ran into made me feel special and they did everything they could to go above and beyond. We wanted for nothing the entire time we we're there. Ken checked me and my kids in and he was so nice and attentive to us the entire time; he even took the time to bring us towels to the pool without us asking! The housekeeping staff is so very hard working! Mrs. Roberta is my favorite she is super kind and takes pride in her job as does every single housekeeper on that property. Bianca did a fantastic job cleaning our room which wasn't an easy task with 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. Breakfast was OFF THE HOOK! As a family of four; There was always plenty for us to eat for breakfast and it was something different every day. Even maintenance was so friendly!!! They always made it a point to say hi to us and they were just so sweet. The property was clean, beautiful, and everything seemed brand new! As someone who worked in hotel management for years; I hope that this property's management recognizes how amazing these employees are in a day and age where it is EXTREMELY difficult to find hard workers. Please give these outstanding ladies and gentlemen a raise so you can keep them there! Dark lit lobby and dining area makes you feel like you are entering a dungeon. My room smelled weird from the moment I opened the door. Sketchy part of town. The place needs some work for sure. WiFi speed is slow as a turtle climbing uphill. Carpet and furniture are old. No vending machines on my 2nd floor as posted on the hallway sign and also a broken ice maker. Gang tag scratches and graffiti all over the elevator and elsewhere. Worst of all, non working bathroom vent. Bathroom will smell like poo upon your arrival and for your entire stay. I like and use this hotel chain very much, but not this location. Awful! read more

When we got to breakfast the only thing they had was oatmeal and grits. The waffle maker was making mush not waffles. They had coffee and juice but nothing to put them in unless you wanted to put them in a bowl. When we first checked in they put us in a room that hadn't been completely cleaned. The toilet was dirty and there were dirty towels hanging on the shower rod. The carpet was stained and nasty. The staff was friendly enough, after all it was not their fault the management hasn't kept up the place. We found this place on Bring Fido .Com we've always had great luck finding a nice place on this site. This Was recently taken over by Ramada so maybe they will fix the problems read more

I enjoyed my stay for the most part but they definitely need to update their rooms and make sure their TVs actually work. The beds weren't the comfiest but for a nights stay it's not a big deal. Staff was very accommodating. The reason for the three stars was due to the fact that I dropped something on the floor and an hour later my hand was completely covered in welps. I had an allergic reaction to whatever was on the carpet. Other than that, not too bad of a place, just not worth what they charge. read more

Really nice hotel. We got a low special rate even on a holiday weekend. The free breakfast was sub par, but the rooms were really spectacular, large in size, very clean and nothing was broken, missing or stained. They told us we would get the third night free, but it was actually just in your third separate stay, and you can't use it all in one weekend like we had thought. Still a great deal. I was impressed by the housekeepers and how well it was maintained. Service: The service was great for a small hotel. The staff was very responsive. After our second long day of driving, we checked in around 8pm. The lobby and pool were a'buzz with about 25 little girls -- a traveling sports team of some sort. We were nervous about noise when we discovered that our room was right next to the pool area. But as it turned out, we heard NOTHING from the hallway or through the walls. So that was a win. Unfortunately, the heating unit had hair in it, so it reeked we we turned it on. The smell wouldn't burn off, so we had to turn off the heat, and then fan the room door for a few minutes to make it go away. Aside from the burning hair heat, the room was just fine. We had a decent-sized mini fridge and a microwave (which is handy for people on a road trip). The furnishings were a little worn, but totally within reason for the price point. We both felt safe and clean in this room and would stay here again. read more

Traveling back to home we stayed here as we are Hilton Honors members. This was a nice stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the room clean and comfortable. The location is a bit off the path though and the hot food could be a bit different, than the usual scrambled boxed eggs and sausage. This is the norm though and I guess we would return if passing through again. read more

At first glance this is a decent hotel. After 10, however, there will be constant pounding and transparant walls. The staff here is rude and unhelpful. Not the best hotel if you are looking for a good night's sleep due to the swimming area with no sound insulation. read more

Very unprofessional people!!! I first off would like to say that I did not even stay here. I'm affiliated with a local oil & Gas business and sometimes need to book rooms for employees from out of town. In this case I booked with a 3rd party agency (paid in full)... When the Employee got to the hotel, he was asked for the credit card. He told the receptionist at the front desk that he did not pay for it and that he would have to call me. I explained that there is some confusion because I already paid for the room in full through the 3rd party booking agency. She said it did not matter and I would need to fax an authorization credit card form (yeah I did not have a fax machine handy at 7:30pm). At this point I told the receptionist that we would take our business elsewhere, mainly due to the fact that our employee was tired from traveling all day. I called the third party booking agency and they found out that the hotel needed a card on file for incidentals. OK- this I can understand and so does the employee. In fact, if that was communicated clearly from the beginning, he would have gave them his personal card. As petty as this sounds, we still got charged over ($100) for one night, and no one stayed in the room because the idiot at the front desk can not state their policies clearly. We stayed here Jan29,2017 in room 123. The walls were dirty. The furniture was dirty. The smoke alarm was pulled out of the wall. The clock radio did not work. The telephone did not work. The light was out in the bathroom. There was mold growing on the supply line to the toilet. The doors would not close properly always seemed stuck when we forced them shut. When we told the front desk and presented a list of things wrong in the room the desk clerk said "Sorry bout that man. I will tell maintenance." Needless to say won't be back. And to answer your question "Why didn't u just leave?" We had been in meetings until late and were completely exhausted! Not a good place to crash for the night! We survived but totally disappointed in this hotel. To be fair we did stay here once before and everything was fine so we thought we would not have any problems.WRONG!! I also emailed corporate about two weeks ago. No response... if u stay here good luck! read more

The door key appeared not to be keyed correctly. However after re-keying and attempts to unlock the door by Brittany, she accidentally discovered that the door would open if the door were pushed against in just the right spot with the correct pressure. When opening the door, the room had a super strong odor which I attributed to the room being closed up without the air running well. However, later, in opening the bathroom door, the heavy smell of mildew/mold pervaded. I reported this to the front desk and got a can of air freshener which was ineffective. In speaking with Michael at the front desk, he informed me that he was unable to move us since there were no other rooms available. He stated that the only thing he had was some wipes he could give me with which I could wipe down the bathroom--I did not take him up on this offer; more than wipes were necessary anyway. The bathroom problem definitely needs to be address--I again complained to the front desk when we checked out. We were surprised about this situation, especially after reading all the reviews about how clean this facility is. If it had not been so late and we were not so tired, we would have looked for other lodging. Breakfast was very good; the young lady working the area was very pleasant; she kept supplies stocked and kept the area very clean. Appreciate the numerous electrical outlets and lamps in the room. read more
